Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement ... vous ne trouverez pas de meilleur emplacement Ă  l'intĂ©rieur du Mission Hills Country Club. Cette communautĂ© fermĂ©e est le premier emplacement Ă  Rancho Mirage. Mission Hills Country Club est situĂ© au centre oĂč vous pouvez ĂȘtre dans le centre-ville de Palm Springs, The River ou El Paseo en 15 minutes pour profiter de superbes boutiques, restaurants et galeries d'art. D'autres commoditĂ©s comme Costco, Walmart, Casino (Agua Caliente), Lowes et Home Depot sont Ă  10 minutes de cet endroit. C'est lĂ  que cet emplacement sur rue l'emporte sur les autres propriĂ©tĂ©s de Mission Hills ... Vous n'avez pas envie de monter dans votre voiture? Eh bien, vous pouvez traverser le fairway pour manger dans les restaurants de Westin Mission Hills pour le petit dĂ©jeuner, le dĂ©jeuner, le dĂźner, une collation ou peut-ĂȘtre juste un cocktail. Il y a aussi un Starbucks ouvert de 6h00 Ă  23h00 ... alors comment pouvez-vous battre cela?

Cette propriété est située au bout d'un cul-de-sac donc vous n'aurez aucun lecteur par la circulation. Il a une belle ceinture verte dans la cour avant qui ressemble à votre propre parc privé. La cour arriÚre a une vue imprenable sur le golf et les montagnes en toile de fond. Situé sur le parcours Pete Dye, le trou # 14 qui est le trou phare du Westin! Faites tremper dans la belle piscine à débordement remodelée et admirez la vue.

Il y a une table ronde à l'extérieur d'une des chambres qui se trouve à quatre dans la cour latérale (l'une des photos). Dans l'arriÚre-cour, il y a 4 chaises longues et une autre table ronde qui peut accueillir quatre personnes. Il y a un espace barbecue intégré dans la cour arriÚre qui est raccordé directement à la conduite de gaz. Pas de problÚme avec les réservoirs d'essence vides!

Cette maison de 3 chambres 3. 5 salles de bain 3100 centaines de pieds carrés qui peut accueillir 8 personnes n'a jamais été offerte au public jusqu'à présent et cette propriété a été complÚtement remodelée. Ils disent qu'une image vaut mille mots, alors profitez-en.

Autres caractéristiques ... Wet Bar, réfrigérateur à vin, cafetiÚre Keurig, cheminées, jacuzzi, piscine privée, WiFi, TV directe, garage, garage pour voiturette de golf, casiers de rangement et un canapé prÚs de la salle à manger qui se déplie en un lit queen-size pour accueillir 8 personnes si nécessaire . Simply perfect

We stayed at this property just recently for a month and a half. The home is superb with decorator touches which make it feel like "home". The owner takes pride in his property and is very helpful in helping you get to know the house... and neighborhood. The neighborhood and location is perfect, we just had the time of our lives. The patio is great for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. We hosted several dinner parties there and it was delightful. We hope to return every year for 30-60 days. It is a great place to call "home away from home". You will not be disappointed in the home, the décor or the location...absolutely perfect !!

A perfect vacation home

Troy’s house was just as advertised, but even better. So spacious, room for everyone and beautifully stocked for entertaining. The bedrooms are so comfortable and everything is spotless. We had a great time!

Perfection!

This is a wonderful location! This exceptional home is lovely and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare fabulous meals! The bedrooms are comfortable. The bathrooms and closets are large and exceeded our expectations. The infinity pool has beautiful tile that changes colors when the sun hits it at sunrise. The perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee. The pool has a bird's eye view of the fairway which makes it the perfect place stay cool and be entertained. Troy was the perfect host; responsive and friendly. We will definitely return.

The perfect vacation home

This was the most beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. The pool was amazing. The yard is so serene. We relaxed or played in the pool everyday. The house was immaculate , top of the line in every way. Very luxurious and yet we were so comfortable there. Troy was a gracious host. He greeted us with flowers and candy. He is very responsive , kind and enjoyable to talk with. We were devastated when our annual Maui vacation was not possible, but staying in Troy’s home not only helped us get over our disappointment, it became one of our most favorite vacations. None of us wanted to leave. We hope to be able to stay there again. Thank you Troy for everything!

This was our first time visiting Rancho Mirage and I could not have imagined a better place to stay. Troy was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we could need. Instructions were thorough and delivered in a way that we felt liked he cared about our time in his property. He asked me if there was anything I could think of that would make a future guests stay better (which by the way I thought was very cool) and I could not think of one thing. Pool and Hot tub are even better than they look in the pictures. House and finishes are absolutely first rate. When I decided to use this property I saw a review that said they didn't want to write anything too nice because they wanted the property to be available to them in the future. I know how they feel. I would, without any hesitation, recommend this property for a visit to the Palm Springs area.

Above and beyond expectations!

My husband, son and I stayed in Troy’s property with another family. We are from Vancouver, Canada and were happy to be escaping to some sunshine. Troy and his lovely wife were there when we arrived to show us around the home and give recommendations for restaurants and shops nearby. The home itself exceeded our expectations. The pictures on the listing don’t do it justice! It was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Troy was extremely helpful (and patient) when answering any questions we had throughout our stay. We had a wonderful vacation, and a large part of that was due to our accommodations. Thank you so much- we are already planning our next trip back!

Relaxing, comfortable, perfectly decorated, amazing pool & spa and fantastic convenient location

Upon our arrival, we were blown away by the high ceilings, cleanliness and amazing golf course view of this property! The photos just don’t do it justice and we feel like we scored a major home run with this rental. The house is a 10+, as it is located on the greens and close to several great restaurants and shops at The Westin which is a five minute stroll. The kids loved the infinity pool and spa and swam for the entire weekend. The interior is comfortable and surprisingly cozy. You can tell the owner is very proud of this home, as everything is perfectly attended to, all the TV’s work easily, the linens were fresh and clean and we immediately felt like we were in our own home. The owner suggested a couple of restaurants that were really nice and family friendly. We’re very particular, as my wife and I live in a very nice home and we are constantly let down with many rentals as they don’t meet our expectations but this home checked all the boxes. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We plan on staying here EVERY time we’re in town. Do yourself a favor and check out what a property rental should be like but prepare to be spoiled and leave with a much higher standard for future rentals. Thanks for letting us stay at your amazing property.

Beyond Expectations! Newly renovated and absolutely perfect!

As the owner has said, the pictures online do not accurately depict how spectacular the place is in person! The location is second to none and the amenities are on level of 5 star resort! The owner is very accomadating; he even took the time last minute to buy helmets for my boys! I normally don’t leave reviews but this place deserves the praise! I would come back here without any reservations!

WOW!!! More than advertised.

I didn’t want to write a review because I would hate to see it booked all the time. I wanted to book the house again and the owner (Troy easy going) said I can’t come back until you write a review. The fact that I want to come back should tell you all that you need to know. The pictures look great, but in person it looks even better. That is usually never the case! Ideal location, quiet street and we did love the green belt in the front yard. Having the Westin Hotel across the fairway and walking distance was very convenient. The inside of the home is very tastefully done. It feels like a brand new home. I have never stayed at a nicer rental. Now Troy can I rent your place again?...LOL

Beautiful Getaway

Had a great girls weekend at this property. Very convenient location, was able to walk across the course to the Westin and eat there as well. Pool was very nice, and the shaded area was well needed in the heat. Rooms were kept cool with air conditioning, great kitchen storage space for our essentials. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet, carefree getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully updated property. Cocktails in the infinity pool overlooking the golf course was spectacular! The home is perfectly arranged with areas to socialize with friends and family. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were supplied with all you would expect from a five star hotel. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you need, even fantastic crystal wine glasses. The location could not be more perfect with shopping, dining and activities close by. I highly recommend this property.

My wife and I were born and raised in Southern California in Redondo Beach. I have been coming to Palm Springs as long as I can remember and I love the feeling once you arrive here. We have a 12 year old son that has been coming with us to Rancho Mirage since he was born. We don't come as often due to my son being involved with school, soccer and tennis.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I bought this property to be near a resort so it feels like you are always on vacation. There are only two resorts that have custom homes that share the hotel and golf course. The Westin and the Marriott. The Westin has more of a family vibe and I love the cul-de-sac street that we live on with a large green belt out front that feel like a private park. My son and I kick the soccer ball around in the park or play catch. It is very rare that anyone is using the green belt. Being in a cul-de-sac we rarely see cars drive by our property which is great for my son to ride his bike out front. It is very quite and peaceful. If there was a better location we would buy there but we have never seen anything even close to what this property offers.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

By far it is the specular location.

We are located in a loop street and we are at the end of the loop street (Cul-de-sac). There are only 8 homes that face the Westin and only three of them have the best view. This is one of those three. We are far enough away from the Westin where we don't hear anything but close enough to see it and walk to the restaurant or bars outside and inside the hotel. I enjoy sitting in the backyard and watching the Westin guests walking back and forth, riding their bikes or walking their dogs. I find that relaxing and it makes you feel like you are on vacation.

Any house you can upgrade and add certain amenities but you can't move locations. Until you experience it then you will know exactly what I am talking about. 90 percent of my bookings are by returning customers which should tell you a lot about this property.
