Retraite rétro du milieu du siècle

Des vues incroyables de chaque pièce, en particulier le maître dans cette maison moderne immaculée et sans encombrement. À l'intérieur du club du comté d'Indian Wells dans un cul-de-sac super calme, une crique avec les montagnes dans votre arrière-cour. Mobilier du milieu du siècle, sols en calcaire et carreaux de verre italien. Système d'entrée téléphonique dans la piscine privée et le bain à remous à l'avant (barrières pour bébé sur demande). Cour arrière privée avec un petit putting green, un foyer et un barbecue au gaz naturel. Cheminée et TV plasma dans le salon et dans toutes les chambres. Chaînes de cinéma, son surround, DVD, IPOD, musique stéréo et par câble. Haut-parleurs sonores dans les chambres des chambres des maîtres et dans toute la maison, y compris les cours avant et arrière. Draps, housses de couette, tapis de bain et matelas Simmons Beautyrest toujours frais dans toutes les chambres. De l'autre côté de la rue (en voiture de golf) se trouvent les jardins de tennis d'Indian Wells et le «IW Club» avec deux parcours de golf de championnat 18 trous, des restaurants et des bars.

Base Camp in the Sun

The home and location were excellent for tennis, close to other family. It was very comfortable for all of us - at peak there were four of us and very comfortable along with our dogs.

Not what we expected

The property is in Indian Wells country club, a very nice older gated community. The home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac backing up to a mountain. The check-in process was easy. That was all positive, now time for the rest. The living room furniture is very old. The main couch is in poor shape and one of the previous owners of the couch must have had cats as there are spots that have been worked on by cats.

Hi David, Thank you for your review. Most of our furnishings are mid century to compliment the style of the home. It is unfortunate that you had some issues with the living room sofa. I assure you there have not been any cats in the home and the sofa was purchased specifically for this home. We have had occasional guests who have included their dog since we do welcome pets. I did notice an area on the side of the sofa which was snagged so I have had it reupholstered to ensure it is in perfect condition. Again, apologies for the sofa snags and I am glad to know the rest of your stay was pleasant.

Needs updating and freshening up

Upon arrival place was not clean. Codes for entry didn’t work. Although contract was correct property manager thought we were coming next day. Owned up to mistake and offered both apology and lodging for night. Unfortunate but mistakes happen. Pictures on listing flatter house. Linens ( towels) were minimal and old. Kitchen was not stocked with adequate number of stemware/cocktail glasses for six people. Outdoor furniture minimal and tired. Heater fir pool and spa broken and did not heat for close to half of our month long stay. Space is good. Property manager very responsive but wonder when the last time owner assessed the status of the house. Would not recommend or stay again.

Due to a cancellation and re-booking my arrival date was off. Code is correct, they never mentioned it? I generally have repeat guests ( hence minimal reviews) that absolutely love the house, as I do. I've never had a single complaint in 15 years. Lastly, the house has been constantly booked & I did not do my usual inventory check. That won't happen again…

My Month Oasis

I had a great month long stay at this Indian Wells oasis. I created some great new memories with family, friends and even managed to meet some new friends in the community. Upon arrival the house was easy to get in, it was VERY clean and easy to get acclimated. It's beautifully set right up against the mountains which provides a unique experience in itself. Jacuzzi, firepit, indoor fire and golf cart rides along the mountain range at sunset were some of the highlights. We walked and took golf cart to Vicky's for dinner several times and great, safe, outdoor dining experience with music. Loved my stay, host and Indian Wells CC community. 5 Stars all around! I'll be back!

Great vacation rental!

The house was great, everything as advertised. Beautiful setting in Indian Wells CC, great pool & hot tub, backyard, fire pit, updated kitchen, baths, upgraded bedding, etc. Owner was always accessible to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend.

The Perfect Desert Pad!!!!

We have stayed at some very lavish homes in Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and La Quinta, but by far we have enjoyed this home the most. We loved the master bedroom suite with views of the mountain and the desert and generally loved the layout of the house. The transparency from back yard to pool was fantastic and the privacy from the street works so well. The nights were magical and hope we get to come back and stay again sometime in the future.

Relaxing in Indian Wells

We stayed in this clean stylish contemporary 3 bedroom home located in a quiet culdesac, backing onto a mountain in Indian Wells. Beautiful private patio with a large pool and jacuzzi. The home is conveniently located a short 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to El Paseo, the best area in the valley for dining and shopping. Thoroughly enjoyed the location and property.

I had relatives that lived in Indian Wells Country Club & I loved the old school feel, location, etc... This house has it all, quite, secluded, gated, golf & 360 degree views.

Very hip and unique house, can't see the neighbors or hear the lawn mowers from the golf course. Just across the street are spas, restaurants & world class resorts. Including the Esmeralda (Marriott), Hyatt Grand Champions, the 'IW Club' Golf Resort at Indian Wells & the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens.
