Nous vivons dans la maison principale et les invités ont un accÚs privé via une entrée séparée à votre propre maison privée de 1600 pieds carrés avec une terrasse surdimensionnée de 800 pieds carrés avec une vue magnifique. La maison d'hÎtes est totalement privée (pas d'espace partagé à l'exception de l'allée). Le pont est aussi 100% privé.

Pas de cuisiniÚre traditionnelle à l'intérieur, mais une kitchenette trÚs complÚte (grand réfrigérateur, grand évier, micro-ondes, plaque chauffante, mixeur, Keurig avec K-Cups illimitées, vaisselle pour 12, ...) ainsi qu'une cuisine extérieure (grand barbecue 4 feux + 2 feux de cuisiniÚre sur le cÎté + tiroir chauffant).

Great for family reunions

Location and size of house was excellent.the kitchen could use more pots and pans and serving dishes needed when cooking for a large family gathering. Filters ext. in back yard need to be cleaned out as they are a hazard to children. The jacuzzi was super and a great gathering location for our group. Parking for 4 cars!

Absolutely amazing! 4 different spaces that all live as one

We came as 4 different families, and each had our own outside private access. Yet the place had large living rooms, and dining rooms. We could each have our privacy while still enjoying family time. Oh, and the deck views are incredible. Not only during the day, but also at night, with the city skyline and the planes in the distance. Can't hear them, but can definitely see themWill definitely come back!

Awesome experience

We rented this property for a holiday family gathering, 13 people in total. Location is phenomenal to go to the airport, zoo, point loma, liberty station. Plenty of parking on property, and walking distance to bars and restaurants. Host was immediately available throughout our trip and even accomodated high chairs, pack and play, and a christmas tree! I am looking forward to booking this property in the future, and have no hesitation in highly recommending it!

Great view

This was a great house for a bigger family. There were 12 of us and we all fit comfortable and had areas to separate when we needed it. The view is amazing and so great to sit in the hot tub and watch the boats come in and out. The orange tree in the back where the kids could pick oranges was a great bonus. And tasted amazing. The owners communication was so fast and friendly that I felt like I could ask them anything. Was only 15 to 30 mins drive to anything. And had a grocery store right down the street. Would totally recommend.

Our stay was fantastic! All the rooms were extremely comfortable and the location was quiet. One of the families with us had a baby and the hosts provided us with all the baby equipment we could have possibly needed. It was definitely the right decision to stay here before my wedding!

Family Holiday Week

The layout of the bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces made for a very comfortable week. We started with coffee on the deck and ended with the hot tub and the view of the city lights. The cushions on the deck furniture have seen better days. The SD sun has taken it’s toll. My family, 10 adults and 2 children, fit very comfortably in this house. The owners were very quick to respond to our texts or phone calls.

Family vacation of a lifetime!!

It’s not often that our family can take time off from our busy lives to enjoy a vacation. It’s also very rare that we all stay in one place, so let me tell you, when we walked in to this beautiful home it was like “coming home”! Our hosts thought of everything, and if we needed anything at all they were very quick to respond to a message through the app. The house is wonderfully located between the beach, parks, downtown, as well as the airport! It’s beautiful, clean, very comfortable, a perfect place to bring your family!

Awesome Stay with Awesome View!

Our stay was amazing and we would definitely go back! We had so much space for our large group! We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach, the harbor, the airport, grocery stores, coffee shops and much more! The host was super responsive before, during and after the trip! Loved our stay here!

We traveled from Cincinnati Ohio area to San Diego for our son's bootcamp graduation and stayed here for 4 days. We had the max occupancy for this listing and had PLENTY of room. We were worried about it being so close to other homes but there was no noise at all, night or day. It is close to everything whether there for beach, base, or just sight seeing. Plenty of room for parking too. Would definitely stay here again! Our only recommendation is bring towels with you. Between having a hot tub and showering for the max allowed amount in this home, more towels are a necessity!

Wonderful experience

This property is everything as advertised. We had extended family and friends join us for our son's USMC graduation ceremonies. The location to MCRD is fantastic. The views from the property are spectacular and Raphael & Renee couldn't be easier to deal with and communicate with. I would highly recommend this property!!!

Wonderful location and home!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with a rental property. Accessing the house was easy even though we arrived late in the evening on the first day of our stay. The owners were very generous to provide toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and coffee. This was also helpful since we arrived so late! All of the basics that we needed for grilling were present as well- oil, salt pepper, foil and some spices. ALL of the beds are high quality and comfy. The communication with the owners was super easy when we had a question. Last but not least, there are blackout shades! So when you are done with the awesome views in the evenings, you can close the blinds and sleep in!

Beautiful home!

This was an awesome experience. The home has everything you could need. Beds are super comfortable. The view is unbelievable. The massage chairs were definitely an added bonus after being out sightseeing all day! If I had any questions the owners would get right back to me. Absolutely no complaints. Hope to go back some day!
