Charmante villa située sur la promenade et le sable de Mission Bay. Jardin patio extérieur tranquille avec aménagement paysager luxuriant et beaucoup de places assises à l'extérieur. Atrium style maison fait toute la lumière ambiante et lumineux pour la parfaite Mission Bay Getaway. Situé sur la partie maigre de Mission Beach de sorte que vous êtes sur la baie et pas beaucoup d'étapes à partir du bord de l'océan.

Cette belle maison de luxe spacieuse est parfait pour une ou deux familles à la recherche d'un endroit spécial pour les vacances. Détendez-vous sur le patio privé meublé ou ��tendez-vous dans toute la maison. La disposition de cette maison permet le temps ensemble mais aussi la vie privée, les chambres sont cachées dans leur propre espace.

Spectaculaire Suite Master! Regarder les feux d'artifice Sea World en soirée ou à pied de Belmont Park et monter les montagnes russes. Détendez-vous sur la terrasse pendant que les enfants profiter de la plage à quelques pas seulement. Mission Beach est une très courte promenade à travers la rue. The Sunny Bayfront Villa was perfect for our family trip to San Diego. Ample space inside and out for everyone to be comfortable. The house came with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and was quick to get back to us with answers to our questions, before and during our stay.

We’re sorry to see that your experience wasn’t rated five stars. Since there were no specific comments explaining the four-star rating, I’d like to provide a little context for future guests. During your visit, San Diego experienced King Tides — a natural occurrence when unusually high tides can cause shoreline flooding. To protect nearby homes and alleys, the city builds temporary sand berms along the beach. These berms can be three to four feet tall but are usually close to the shoreline and not directly in front of the units. Unfortunately, this is something entirely outside of our control. Even so, we offered an additional night free of charge as a good-faith gesture. She couldn't check in the night before but did arrive at 8am that next morning so was able to enjoy an entire extra day. She also asked about yoga mats, which we did not have, but purchased upon request to make their stay more comfortable. We always strive to provide five-star service and accommodations, and we’re proud of our record of doing so. We kindly remind all future guests that star ratings significantly impact small local hosts and their visibility in search results. If it isn't in your host's control, they shouldn't be negatively reviewed. A five-star review truly helps support the people who work hard to create a great experience for you.

Quirky house in perfect location! Cons: The beds were a bit firm. The check-out instructions conflicted. In one place, it indicated that we needed to launder the dish and beach towels ourselves, and after doing that, the check out instructions emailed to us indicated that we need not have spent time doing that...Pros: Well appointed with everything we needed. So nice that three rooms are ensuite. GREAT location on the more quiet bay side, yet a very short walk to the beach. Kind and patient host.

Perfect location for our family. We enjoyed both the ocean and the Bay. We had 13 and everyone fit comfortably. We had one minor issue and Cindy responded immediately. We would and probably will stay here again.

This property did not disappoint. With 5 bedrooms and plenty of space for gathering it was the perfect choice! The large outdoor patio was perfect for dinners, people watching and viewing the firework's from sea world.

Family reunion

This home has great spaces for groups to gather and also to find privacy in the crowd. Easy walk to beach, parks, public transportation, etc. kitchen is well equipped and parking is not an issue, with nearby lot.

Perfect place for us

This house could not have been better for our large family group. The house is big enough so we all had our space. The location on the serene bay front was ideal and we loved the outdoor area with fire pit. We also loved all the toys. Five stars plus!

Oh goodness...I am so sorry you had this experience! When we touched base you didn't mention anything needed attention! We definitely would have made right anything you encountered! Our cleaning company usually hits it out of the park but i am sorry they let you down. And for anyone reading this review...if you stay with us (or any host) if you see something is not to your liking text us right away so we can assist! So many people go into making a vacation unit ready for guests so if someone forgot to give 100% we will make it right immediately! We hope you give us another opportunity!

Family Holiday

All 14 of us enjoyed this home for our Holiday gathering and found a place to sleep. We took turns preparing meals in the large kitchen. The garage provided parking. We could spread out to the various bedrooms or gather all together in the Living room for gift exchange. Even the weather allowed us to enjoy the patio or outdoor activities.

San Diego sailing

Definitely enjoyed all the living space and the patio!!Unfortunately the fire pit didn’t work and the shower area upstairs that 3 rooms shared (without a door) was a surprise and was not conducive for family and friends. The upstairs rooftop room was extremely hot so had open door and window and found a fan; which helped tremendously.We would love to stay again if these issues are resolved:)

Thank you for the kind compliments! We appreciate them and are so glad you enjoyed your time here! I looked at our communication string and there was no mention of issues with the fireplace! Unfortunately we can't help if we don't know something is not working properly. Turns out it was an empty propane tank and it does work perfectly! As for the bathroom...it does have a door for the toilet/bath and is technically designated for the master and the en suite bedroom. The queen bedroom has a full bath at the bottom of the stairs that is designated for that room. The other 2 king bedrooms also have ensuite bathrooms. So there isn't a lack of bathrooms to use! As for the warm top room. It was February and usually the exact opposite of hot! But for anyone considering renting this unit we do have portable AC units that we can provide! And always let your host know how you are feeling! We can't provide solutions if we don't know about the issue!

Unique property in a dynamite location

The home has a very different and unique layout, with nice furniture. The location is perfect, on the Bay and about one block from the Ocean. LOTS of beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys and lawn games on property for use during one's stay. There were 11 of us, so we appreciated having a 2nd refrigerator in the garage. The home could use some updating, however, specifically attention to the wood throughout, the kitchen cupboards, and the bathrooms. There is lots of indoor lighting and a spectacular bay front patio with 2 large umbrellas and a huge table seating 12! It worked out so well for our big family! We had a fantastic week!

Thank you so much for staying with us and for the kind compliments! Especially in regards to the new "nice" furniture! It is definitely a fun home to explore! Truth be told...we did have a painter scheduled to touch up the kitchen and wood trim throughout the home before summer began (to go with out updated furnishings) but we were cancelled on last minute and could not find a vendor to perform in our short window of open time. But to whomever is reading our reviews...we will be repainting by the end of summer 2023 to go along with the updated furnishings that we did purchase for the unit! Thanks again for staying and we hope to host you again!

By the Bay

We really enjoyed this property. Lots of room and fun little areas for the kids to explore. Everything you need at your fingertips. Bathrooms and downstairs bedrooms could be updated. The dishwasher was old and the top rack was broken. The garage door opener on the keychain was also not working which made leaving with our car a pain. In all, it’s a great house but for the money we paid it should have been perfect.

We are very sorry that the stay was not perfect for your group, we certainly want a perfect experience for our renters and we did try to remedy the garage remote situation but it required the professional garage door company to help us. We do apologize that we couldn't get it done faster! And thank you for letting us know about the dishwasher. We are glad your family had fun and thankfully we were able to claim against insurance for the little chocolate handprints left behind! Always good to purchase that policy!

Amazingly quirky and charming stay!

This rental house is incredible. We loved the location and preferred to be on the quieter bay side with a very easy walk to the ocean side. We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious the living/dining/kitchen areas were for our large family group who all stayed together. The kids especially enjoyed all the stairs/living spaces and playing hide and seek - hahah! We never felt cramped or like we were staying on top of each other. We loved the indoor/outdoor living aspect of the house with the large back doors and skylights. We also appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked as well as ample beach gear for all of us to enjoy. Cindy was great and easy to work with. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about the house and are so happy we booked it for our San Diego adventure. Thank you!

Exceptional Property - 10 STARS !!!!!

-AMAZING LOCATION: Sits on the bay/gorgeous view, 3-minute walk to the ocean, quiet neighborhood, walkable to everything, centrally located with only a 20-minute drive to everything else-but why bother -AWESOME HOME: 5 bedrooms/4 bath, lots of seating areas, great patio with lots of seating and just a few feet to the bay, big house (with lots of nooks and crannys)-our family of 13 (infants to grandparents) loved it! -OUTSTANDING SERVICE: Cindy (property manager) was great. From pre booking questions, to booking, to pre travel questions, to on-site questions, Cindy and her team "knocked it out of the park!" Our entire family would DEFINITELY RECOMMNEND THIS PROPERTY! (ps- If you're traveling with little ones, we highly recommend Toddler's Travels for rental equipment)

Perfect!

My father-in-law passed away and we wanted to gather the family to say goodbye in San Diego, as that was his favorite place on the planet. This house is so amazing!! My wife and I arrived first and spent 30 minutes just exploring. When you think you've seen the whole house you turn a corner and find more stairs to another room. So unique. Location could not be better. Great bay views. Ocean just across the street. Short walk to Belmont Park. Really just perfect. Cindy was so easy to communicate with and personally completed a final inspection before we arrived and checked in once (via text) the day after we arrived just to make sure we had everything. Entire experience could not have been better except that we eventually had to leave. Thank you!

Amazing & Beautiful Home on the Bay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. The house itself is huge and it like a maze inside. The vaulted ceilings with the skylights and the back doors that open to the bay made for the most beautiful setting. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The location is great, very close walking distance to the beach and there are nearby restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay in this home!
