À seulement cinq minutes à pied de la plage ou à deux minutes en vélo. Cette villa se trouve à quelques pas de la piscine communautaire, de la station de tennis Palmetto Dunes, du club de golf Robert Trent Jones et du magasin général de la plantation.

Les mises à niveau récentes comprennent de nouveaux planchers de bois franc dans l'étage inférieur et des tapis berbères à l'étage supérieur, des peintures et des couleurs intérieures personnalis��es, des portes intérieures, des plinthes, des vitres, des accessoires et plus encore! Remplacé le mobilier d'extérieur, le système stéréo, et ajouté de nouveaux meubles, des tapis et des pièces décoratives.

La chambre principale comprend un nouveau lit, une nouvelle télévision à écran LCD, un lecteur de DVD, un lecteur VCR et une salle de bain privée complète. Le salon comprend un canapé plus récent avec un lit gigogne, un nouveau siège amoureux, une stéréo Brook stéréo avec une entrée auxiliaire, un nouveau téléviseur Sharp LCD HD, un lecteur Blu-ray / DVD et VCR, une petite bibliothèque de bandes vidéo et une deuxième salle de bains . La chambre à l'étage dispose de deux lits doubles, d'une nouvelle télévision à écran LCD, d'un lecteur DVD, d'une salle de bain privée complète et d'un balcon donnant sur le parcours de golf. Le loft haut de gamme comprend un canapé-lit. Jusqu'à 6 personnes peuvent dormir confortablement dans notre Villa. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout le confort de la maison.

Hilton Head Island est célèbre pour ses belles plages et ses eaux chaudes pour l'océan. Cependant, alors que chez Palmetto Dunes, il y a beaucoup à apprécier. La plantation elle-même dispose de trois terrains de golf de championnat ainsi que de 25 terrains de tennis en argile dont beaucoup sont éclairés pour le jeu de nuit. Cette villa se trouve à distance de marche des courts de tennis et de la maison du club Robert Trent Jones. De plus, il se trouve près du magasin général, du restaurant d'Alexander et de Palmetto Dune Outfitters.

La plantation comprend des miles de sentiers de ski de villégiature et des pistes cyclables HHI étendues, 11 miles de lagunes pour l'aviron et le kayak et de nombreux restaurants insulaires. Le port de Shelter Cove se trouve à 1,6 km et comprend des magasins, des restaurants et des feux d'artifice en été. The perfection location; a short walk to beach, pickle ball and tennis courts and Alexander’s restaurant. The place was clean but some updates on bath and kitchen faucets would be nice. We love Hickory Cove location.

We have been coming to HHI for 18 years. 16 Hickory Cove needs updating as kitchen and bathrooms are very old and worn. The dishwasher and disposal were broke and the carbon dioxide detector started beeping on Thursday. We had a beautiful week on the beach but were disappointed in our rental.

This is my third visit to Hilton Head and I was very disappointed in the rental! Island Getaways need to look at the properties they rent to see if all things are up to date and functional! First, we had no tv service, WiFi till Monday and when the service man came Monday he said the directions left were all wrong- the owner needs to update them! No hot water in kitchen, shower upstairs doesn’t work correctly and sink faucet needs a strongman to turn it on! Main bathroom in bedroom has rusted shower hooks and curtain keeps coming off hooks! Poor lighting in bathroom also! I didn’t recycle because there were no instructions! There was a pot on the side deck filled with I don’t know what, but very disgusting! The kitchen is of poor quality and badly needs updated! The manual said they updated in 2007-that was 12 years ago and they certainly need it! The deck and outside table was dirty! My brothers family stayed in Hickory Cove 14 and it was very comfortable and nice! We had to go over there to eat!

Would not recommend this unit in its current condition

We chose this rental unit because of the location, the price, and (most importantly) the glowing reviews. We found the house to be in an entirely different condition than what was described by many of the previous reviewers. While the location and neighborhood were fantastic, the unit itself was.. grimy. There were dirty dishes on the stove when we arrived. We felt the need to clean the whole house before our friends arrived but even so, all the furniture in the house felt damp. The couches were so grimy we hardly sat on them at all and laid towels down whenever we did. Almost all the dishes out of the cabinets were not properly washed and had food stuck to them. We ran a load of dishes and had to separate out the dishes we'd cleaned from all the rest of the dishes in the cabinets. Some of the cooking utensils were beyond help and we just stored them away. There was grime on the bathroom cupboards that has clearly been collecting for months, paint was chipping everywhere... It was just very clear that the owners have not spent time in the unit for months or even years and that the cleaning crew blows through and does the bare minimum (if even). Our standards truly are not high- we've stayed in many places, camp often- this was just a very neglected home. We loved the neighborhood and the location was perfect. The back deck is very nice too. But we would never recommend this unit unless it were to receive some much-needed and heavy TLC. The functionality of the home's layout was great. We'd definitely consider staying in a different unit in the neighborhood, but please be warned of this particular unit. We considered trying to move units or have our unit re-cleaned when we arrived, but the contract is very clear that the sale is final and that customers may only receive an extra cleaning if they pay for it themselves (which to us seemed silly since it likely would have been the same cleaning crew that has clearly let the place go for so long). All this being said, the App was very helpful, the Hilton Head customer service was great, the location was perfect, and the beach was beautiful. Again, would highly recommend Hilton Head and this neighborhood, but would strongly suggest finding a different unit.

Great location- Updates needed.

We could not have been happier with the location of this villa. It was in the middle of everything. Close to the pool, beach, golf ,tennis courts and general store. The view off the back deck was terrific. Unfortunately, there was a strong musty smell and the vents had a mold on them. The bathrooms left a lot to be desired. The tolilets often would take multiple attempts to properly flush. The upholstery on the furniture was older and visibly soiled. Bikes were one of the first things we saw when we got to the villa. Unfortunately, they were badly rusted. One was actually missing a handlebar. Not a great first impression. They need to be thrown away. No need to replace. People can rent their own. We actually left a day early because of the smell. Location and view outback made the weeklong stay tolerable. With some Improvements, we’d be more than willing to return.

Location was great. Faucets need upgrading - kitchen difficult to turn and get hot water. First floor shower difficult to pull out to turn on; upstairs shower did not drain; sink difficult to turn on. Other than the plumbing, rental was fine - would have preferred dust pan and brush to clean up; No recycling info was available - would have wanted to recycle. Great location; nice deck and rental was clean.

Everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. We look for value and that is what this place offers. Close to the beach, pool, general store and restaurant. Clean and comfortable. The owner is wonderful to work with. Bigger than expected and a back porch that is shaded all day long. We will be back.

A Perfect Getaway

We wanted the quintessential Hilton Head experience - close proximity to the beach, a pool to take a late night dip, and a short drive to downtown restaurants and bars. Above all, with hectic work schedules, we sought rest and relaxation. The villa exceeded our every expectation. Not only is it spotless with all of the comforts of home (beautiful sunny kitchen, closet load of beach accessories, and household amenities), but truly provides the ideal Southern getaway. Best of all, the owners are very hospitable - planning our trip felt like getting together with good friends. They are so knowledgeable on the surroundings and all that Hilton Head has to offer - their guidance helped make our experience an indelible one.

Great first time at HHI

Our family had a great time at HHI, the villa was perfect in every way, right on the golf course, conveniently located 5 mins from the beach, next to the lagoon for fun kayaking (and gators spotting )and just a few minutes by bike from the tennis centre. The villa is spotless, well furnished and decorated. The villa is actually much bigger then presented in the pictures. Parie was extremely accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We strongly recommend this villa for families with teenagers.

Fantastic Holiday Weekend Vacation on HHI

We have vacationed on HHI countless times over 20 years and have stayed in Hickory Cove in Palmetto Dunes at least 5 times. We now have a favorite villa! The location is wonderful. The shaded deck overlooking the 18th hole was perfect - great entertainment. The fantastic grill was the icing on the cake. The short, mostly shaded walk to the beach is easy even for little ones. The pool is just a few steps away, but not close enough to be noisy at the villa. The tennis courts were a short walk away too. The kitchen has everything!!! The villa is clean and very well maintained. The closet of beach equipment along with a cart saved us a ton of room packing our vehicle for the trip. Parie was a delight to work with and was very attentive. We will be coming back!

Fun at the Cove

You could not have a better place to stay. Enjoyed watching the golfers on the 18th hole. It was great being so close to the beach. Managed to see 6 dolphins playing in the ocean. At one of the golf courses we saw quite a few alligators, which we made a point to stay away from. The owners were excellent to talk too. Gave you several hints on what to do on the Island and surronding communities. The listing description was accurate and the property was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this Villa too my family and friends.

Great vacation villa!

We loved our stay at this Hickory Cove villa. We have vacationed in HHI 10+ times and this was our favorite villa. The location is perfect...very close to the beach, on the 18th fairway, private and quiet, a bike ride from Shelter Cove, walking distance to bike rental, general store, and restaurants. The villa and well stocked and immaculately clean. Parie was very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. We will be returning!

Great place and great location

Thanks for renting your place to us. It was our first time to Hilton Head and we absolutely love it there! Probably one of my favorite places in the U.S. now! It had everything that we were looking for - plenty of activities close by but also the beach and pool for relaxation, We loved the location- tennis, the beach, golf and kayaking all within a minute bike ride. The villa is great and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck watching the golfers try and hit the green! One of our favorite things to do was riding bikes on the beach. It was pretty windy one day so we rode down to one end of Palmetto Dunes on the inland road then went on the beach and didn't even need to pedal as we had the wind on our backs that blew us the entire length of the beach!
