Location was perfect for enjoying multiple beach days. Easy access and a short walk. Residence provided everything we needed for our stay.

Fall Break Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing fall break with our 3 young children. The rental was absolutely perfect with close proximity to the beach! The staff at Beachside were incredibly helpful to answer any questions and little check ins to ensure we had everything we needed! We are already looking forward to booking our next vacation here!

This property was perfect for our family of four. It was decorated so cute and had all the perfect touches. The blinds over all the doors and windows gave perfect cover to allow you to sleep in and relax on vacation. It was close to the beach. We also loved having the pool in our backyard, which we used the one day it rained a little in the afternoon. The rental company was very responsive and easy to work with. My husband and I slept so well in the very comfortable king bed in the master suite. We highly recommend this place if you want to visit HHI. Our second time staying in Palmetto Dunes but our favorite location and condo.

This was such a lovely villa! The fact it was an end unit made it all that much better as the sunshine was abundant. The pool is right out the back door which was so convenient. Beach is a 4 minute walk - right across the street, past a few houses. Beautifully decorated and has an incredibly well-stocked kitchen! There was even a crockpot. Felt very homey with nice touches. Definitely not a bare bones rental. I appreciate these owners opening their home to others. The property manager also had a supply of beach towels that is a really nice - and appreciated! - touch. I would enthusiastically recommend this rental to others, and intend to return here. Loved!

Awesome condo

The condo was just like the pictures. Had everything we needed. Close to beach, general store, pool and basically everything. My husband and I walked or biked everywhere. Thank you for a great vacation. We love Palmetto Dunes!!!

Fantastic

Everything about the rental process was smooth sailing. Company was attentive and no need was left unmet. Property was wonderful. Some exceptional points were the complimentary tennis and the pool just steps outside the door. The family spent private time in the pool every day. Will definitely rent from Beachside Getaway again!

Rough Start

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental started off rough — poor communication with your office was extremely frustrating. I found out that no access codes for our paid unit, or parking passes were available after driving over 5hrs from out of State to your office. Luckily, we were able to reach one of your reps on the emergency line to assist in resolving the oversight! Once we gained entry, we enjoyed the unit, with the exception of the TV's (poor functionality and no Netflix)...but after visiting Hilton Head for over 30yrs, we will probably never rent through your services again.
