Fantastic location sitting on the edge of the South West Coastal path at the top end of Marazion town.From the balcony this home enjoys uninterrupted sea views over Mounts bay and the famous St Michaels Mount.The Fire Engine pub is only a 5 minute walk. It only takes 15 minutes to walk down to St Michaels Mount and Marazion beach. Perranuthnoe beach is a 5 minute drive away/20 min coastal path walk. Praa Sands beach a further 5 min. Carbis bay&St Ives is only a 20 minute drive.

Private free parking for 2 cars. Next door to South West Coastal path entrance. Bus stop directly outside private entrance to the home. Walking distance to beaches and town centre. The house is located in ideal location for exploring South west Cornwall. Really nice quiet area and the locals are really friendly.

Open top buss stop just outside the home. Runs to St Ives, Falmouth and Lands End during the Holiday Season.
