What a beaut! The interior is perfect - it's bigger than it looks from the outside, has everything you could want re: kitchen equipment, a powerful shower and such a comfy bed. Location is ideal for beach access and public transport into Penzance (bus stop is pretty much at the bottom of the access lane), and lovely sea breeze on warmer days. Would definitely stay here again :)

Lovely apartment in a great location, with all the facilities you need. Great little town, just 5-10 minutes from Penzance. Plenty of places to visit. Wonderful beach, highly recommend the apartment and the location. Parking can be a challenge especially if you have a long/large car but it won't stop you having a great time.

Lorraine’s apartment was perfect for us. It has everything that you need. It was immaculately clean which is a rare find these days. Lorraine’s communication was spot on too. We also loved the coziness of the place. Comes highly recommended.

We spent a wonderful week in this accommodation. Lorraine is super lovely and has thought of everything you could think of to make this stay perfect. We felt very comfortable. Very clean and great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spotless well appointed apartment. Lorriane was a warm accommodating host and made our stay very comfortable. It was a great place to come home to each day after exploring this special part of Cornwall.

It was a really fab experience staying in this lovely cozy apartment. It makes us feel like our own home! The location is perfect, quite but convenient. The host and her husband is really nice, and we are looking forward to be back again in the future!

The apartment was warm and comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need for a self catering stay. We were greeted on arrival by our friendly and helpful host Lorraine who took time to show us around and explain how things functioned. The sea views and close proximity to the beach and St Michael’s Mount were a huge bonus. We had no trouble with parking on the free spaces associated with the complex which are available on a 1st come 1st served basis. Highly recommended.

This property was exactly as described if not better!! Fab location with a lovely see view from the balcony, beautifully decorated and immaculately presented. It had everything we needed! Lorraine the host met us on arrival and was lovely to deal with. Marazion is a super place to say and we enjoyed a drink in the Godolphin bar every night. The view is prefect from the veranda! We had a Great stay and will definitely be back! Thank you Lorraine!

Everything was perfect. Lorraine and Mark were very friendly and very helpful. I couldn't have imagined better hosts. The apartment was in a perfect location and was really nice and very clean. I felt very comfortable there and would love to come back.

Amazing apartment

The apartment is absolutely fantastic. Very comfortable & well appointed. It has everything you need for your stay. It is located in the small town of Marazion on the road opposite the beach & St Michael’s Mount. There are local shops & good pubs just down the road. The hosts, Lorraine & Mark were very friendly & helpful. We definitely recommend this accommodation.

Opposite St Michaels Mount

A very comfortable, clean first floor apartment in the middle of a picturesque Cornish village. Onsite parking was a bonus which made it very easy for our touring holiday. The facilities were excellent and the apartment was in east walking distance of St Michaels Mount, the beach, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. Lorraine was a lovely host.

Excellent property in excellent location

The flat is perfectly located for all that Marazion has to offer and is also a great base to explore the area. Everything you need for your stay is provided and the flat is both comfortable and immaculate. Lorraine is a fantastic host. When we arrived she gave us some recommendations for places to eat, both of which we tried and both of which were excellent (The Fire Engine and Surf Club) and she was available by text for any questions we had during our stay. We would highly recommend the flat to anyone looking for a great escape to this beautiful part of the UK!

Thoroughly enjoyable three weeks.

Lorraine and Mark were excellent hosts, very caring and intuitively considerate of our elderly needs. The property is light and airy with good views from the lounge, bedroom and balcony. A 5 minute walk to the amenities in Marazion. Every Wednesday and Thursday there is an Artisan craft market at the local Church Hall which serves excellent home cooked lunches and cream teas. Close access to the boat or causeway to the Island and a huge flat beach which stretches towards Penzance.

Ideal Apartment for 2

A light and airy apartment which is very well equipped. Just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and just a few minutes walk into the centre of Marazion. We had no problem parking at the complex but at times the car park was full - there always appeared to be spaces at the long stay car park but thankfully we didn't need to use it. Easy access to bus stops to Penzance & Praa sands (and other locations). Great location for a peaceful holiday. The ownner of the property was very helpful, friendly & very knowledgeable about the local area. Would stay there again.
