Our 3 bedroom Glass villa is a jewel hidden into nature, nestled on a pine hillside, settled in the olive groves above the charming picturesque popular village of Agios Nikitas and very close to all the famous beaches of the west coast (Kathisma, Agios Nikitas, Milos and Pefkoulia beach).

The indoor and outdoor zen environment will give you a sense of relaxation and will help you recharge your batteries and connect with nature.

The villa offers relaxing views to the sea and the mountains beyond, ultimate privacy with peace and tranquility. Accessed from a quiet lane and up a sweeping drive through the olives, the house and pool are surrounded by honey colored stone walls and stepped gardens!

The villa has 3 floors and all of our rooms offer a view to the outdoor area! When you enter the villa, you find yourself in the ground floor, there is a big space that is shared between the big living room and the open plan fully equipped kitchen. The living room with its wide window doors offer a beautiful view to the pool, sea and trees that surround the villa while the sunlight warms the villa with positive energy!

There is a smart TV in every room and a good Wifi Connection!

The staircase that lead you to the garden floor will take you to the 2 ensuite bedrooms and to a small sitting area with direct access to the parking lot.

Follow the staircase that lead you on the first floor to discover the sea view master ensuite bedroom with the wide balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view!

Back on the ground floor, stepping outside of the living room area there is a large table where you can enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones!

From the kitchen and the dining area, you find yourself to the ample space by the swimming pool. There, you will find a comfortable sitting lounge where you can relax and enjoy the scenery! There is also a patio by the pool where you can do your morning yoga exercise and enjoy the fresh air!

The salt water pool (dimensions: 10x5) offers wide hours of sun but you will also enjoy natural shady parts, if you want to rejuvenate!

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
