     Le condo est situé au centre des nombreuses commodités de Cosmo. Faites un bref tour en ascenseur jusqu'à la piscine pour la nage en longueur et la piscine Peninsula. Profitez d'une courte promenade dans les jardins magnifiquement sculptés jusqu'aux piscines botaniques, à la plage, aux installations d'entraînement et au "Ocean Bar and Bistro" sur place.
       5 piscines bien aménagées dont 2 face à l'océan. Profitez-en pendant la journée et sous leur éclairage romantique en fin de soirée chaude. La lueur des appliques en ambre et un fond de piscine avec des lumières LED à changement de couleur, offrent une fin de journée relaxante.
Shopping pour la nourriture, le vin et les provisions est un court trajet en taxi de 43 pesos à Super Chedraui ou Soriana ainsi que plusieurs excellents restaurants, marinas et magasins. Notre personnel fera attendre votre taxi dans 5 minutes. Lorsque vous avez terminé vos achats, les chauffeurs de taxi vous accueilleront aux sorties du magasin et vous déposeront à votre ascenseur. Les taxis sont facilement accessibles.

Nice stay for families

We didn't know this area, but know that the ocean is quieter on the smaller bays, which is what brought us to Huatulco with our 4 year old. He was able to swim and enjoy the beach which has few waves. The multiple pools were fun to try. The property is very safe and well maintained. Some people came by to sell us fresh fish - that was a plus! No need to head into town. The flat itself has everything you need and is quite comfortable. You get a nice sunrise right into the house, and then the afternoons are cooler without the direct sun. The condos were mostly empty at this time - good or bad depending on what you're looking for. For us this was nice, as we had the pools to ourselves. Note that these condos are mostly owned by Canadians or Americans. There is a restaurant on the property which served good food, though we preferred the beach ambience personally. The beach itself is open to the public so it has a nice mix of locals and visitors. We did a boat trip where we caught a fish and had it prepared by the restaurant right on the beach! The location of the condos may feel secluded if you're a walker. There are no shops or anything within walking distance. However, taxis are cheap and readily available. With our small child, this was not a problem. The town itself is pleasant and has everything for shopping you'd need to keep the fridge stocked. Brenda was very helpful with any questions we had, including organizing trips. Recommended!

A spring break to remember

It was our first time to Huatulco and my family had such a memorable trip! Connie and Jim’s condo truly felt like home away from home. We had a quiet stay, surrounded by beautiful vistas, and friendly people. Our seven-year-old son loved all the pools at Cosmos and playing on Arrocito Beach. Great dining and shopping recommendations from Connie, Jim, and Brenda! Easy taxi ride to downtown for restaurants and shopping. We did two days of boating and fishing with Captain Eddie, what amazing days?! We hope to return!! Gracias!!

Fabulous vacation destination

Our overall impression of the property was beyond our expectations. The accommodations were extremely clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us, we love the layout of the condo and all of the amenities it has to offer. The grounds are beautifully kept, the beach is clean and snorkelling was excellent. Property manager Brenda was quick to respond to our questions and was so pleasant. We really have nothing but good things to say about this condo and plan to return in the near future.

We had an amazing stay. The condo was equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a folder with lots of great recommendations and information which proved very helpful throughout our time there. The views from the condo were breathtaking. The grounds around the condo, including the pools and beach, were beautiful and extremely well-maintained. We were greeted by the property manager when we arrived. She showed us around the condo and provided lots of good information. We had an issue with the oven not working one day and literally within five minutes someone was there and fixed it. Huatulco is definitely a hidden gem. The beaches are beautiful. The restaurants are abundant with great food. Getting around Huatulco is super easy and cheap. Taxis are everywhere so getting one was never a problem. Our week flew by. Thanks Constance for providing us with an incredible place to stay. We will definitely be back!

Heaven in Hualtuco

A beautiful condo in a gorgeous setting. Everything was spotless, we had great communication with the owner and wonderful support while staying in this stylish spot. The infinity pool was a highlight as was Ocean's restaurant on site. As someone with a mobility issue I really appreciated the elevators it made getting around a breeze. Did I mention the kitchen? To die for - completely outfitted with everything you could need. We cooked in many times and wanted for nothing. Thank you Constance for a wonderful vacation in your sweet condo.

The most beautiful Home in Huatulco!

Everything was incredible a super beautiful and comfortable home .. Very clean and modern amenities All areas are super spacious and confortable the views Are mesmerizing... Our trip to Huatulco was made a superior trip because of this Condo, from the greeting with Brenda to the outstanding condo itself. The view was remarkable from the balcony and the surrounding areas to three different pools. The restaurant had the best food every time and the people were unbelievably friendly. I would not hesitate to go back to this Condo that is owned by Constance Kalas and one of most helpful person you can come across. We were there only one week and next it will be two weeks. The condo was immaculate, views stunning, and amenities top notch.

The property grounds are covered with literally dozens of varieties of flowers. The grounds were professionally kept by the most kind and helpful staff. We felt safe and comfortable the entire trip. Taxi service was available within minutes whenever we decided on a day trip. There was a very well appointed supermarket with everything we might have needed for the few meals we chose to eat in. Dozens of wonderful restaurants within 10 - 15 min. Honestly it was an amazing place to relax and rewind. The property manager provided some great recommendations on sights and was very helpful with everything within the condo. HIGHLY recommended.

Beautiful condo, view and beach

Connie was quick at replying and wonderful to deal with. Her condo was amazing, with an unforgettable view of the ocean. We watched the sunrise from the deck multiple mornings, and we loved relaxing on the loungers. Arrocito beach was a quick 5 minute walk down the stairs, and the pools were great for relaxing in as well. Would definitely stay in this condo the next time we come to Huatulco.

Awesome stay in this Huatulco condo

I would highly recommend this condo. The owner, Constance, was helpful and informative through the entire process. The pictures of the place are lovely but do not do it complete justice. The complex has five pools, a great restaurant (Oceans) and private access to the beach - which also has a local Mexican restaurant. I used the gym a couple of times - modest but totally functional. It was totally fine to bring your own beer to the beach. It was my wife and I's third trip to Huatulco and first time not visiting an all-inclusive. I like the condo approach much better. Our taxi driver in had no problem in us stopping to pick up supplies at the grocery store in nearby town of La Crucicita. The condo itself looks brand new - all new appliances and the view from the terrace is breath-taking. We saw some evidence of whales from the terrace. The entire unit has air conditioning capability but we kept it to the bedrooms to manage hydro use. Our host Brenda was extremely helpful and responsive - every typical of the local culture. Amazing Ocean View!

We loved our Cosmo condo. It was very clean and modern. Our bed was very comfortable and the balcony lounge chairs were perfect for taking in the ocean view. The view from our condo was unobstructed, unlike some of the other condos. Our view was spectacular! We stayed two weeks and there was beautiful fresh flowers each week of our stay. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and they gave us a bottle of wine, chocolates and made us a sign. The pools were fantastic and the beach was easily accessible, where it was safe to swim and snorkel. Constance, the owner, and Brenda, the on site manager, were excellent to make sure our stay was great. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would recommend this property to anyone.

WARNING: You won’t want to leave!!!

Constance & Jim, Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home. My husband and I had the most magical vacation complete with every comfort we could imagine. Starting every morning watching the stunning sunrise on the porch while drinking delicious Huatulco coffee (thank you!!) to wrapping up the evening with star gazing on the dangerously comfortable lounge chairs is a dream. Every single pool area is clean and quiet, meals at Ocean restaurant are delicious and memorable, and the facility care is impeccable. This home is fully stocked with every comfort imaginable. Pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, fluffy sheets, Netflix, wi-fi, and more!!! You were warned, you won’t want to leave. Whenever we were feeling adventurous we would walk over to the security gate where a taxi would be called and we would be zipping into town a few moments later (Cost less than $5). While in town we walked to all the shops and booths, enjoyed delicious authentic dinners, and grabbed a few snacks from the super market (you can find EVERYTHING here!!! In terms of size and variety, I would compare this to almost a Target, but with an even larger grocery selection. As a very picky eater I was pleasantly surprised by the brands I found, so convenient). Nearby there are docks where we chartered an affordable full day sailboat ride. Sailing surrounded by wild dolphins was truly a dream come true. I would love to do this again during the whale season or take advantage of some different adventure tours such as ATVing!!! The ocean, Sierra Madres, Cosmo Residences, Huatulco—We will be back. Thank you, thank you. Karolina & Matt

Beautiful Ocean View Condo

This place was amazing! The condo was beautiful and very well kept. The view from the balcony alone made this place well worth it! The owners put so much thought and care into providing a wealth of information and instruction for getting around Huatulco, as well as suggestions on different activities which we took advantage of! They also provided plenty of amenities within the condo including cookware, dining ware, drink ware, etc. making it super easy to make your own meals if you want. We spent plenty of time at the pool which was relaxing and even great for a night swim. The beach is a short walk from the unit and has private cabanas for those staying at Cosmo Residences. The on-site restaurant was very convenient and had delicious food for both lunch and dinner. If you're looking to stay in Huatulco, look no further because this place is fantastic!

What a great vacation! Awesome condo. Wonderful complex.

We had a great time. And it was the rainy season! Sunny every day, rain at night. The condo was very spacious for 3 adults. Clean, new, and beautiful interior. We had everything we needed for cooking and shopping for provisions was easy and close by. It was a joy to have breakfast on the breezy patio overlooking the ocean then head down to our own beach to snorkel and swim. The pools were unbelievable. To avoid more sun we lounged around the various beautifully lit pools at night. The poolside separate bathrooms were remarkably clean and lovely. Beautiful gardens, helpful friendly staff and one great vacation. We are definitely coming back to this condo in a few months. With not having to rush to save pool chairs and the great variety of nearby restaurants, we will never go to an all inclusive again. We felt we were living in the lap of luxury.

I'm a retired Chicago school teacher, with a BA from the University of Illinois in Chicago, and Jim is the master mechanic/ technician at a popular golf course outside of Chicago. he has 2 sons, I have 3.
Jim grew in Park Ridge, Illinois and then on Bangs Lake in Wauconda, Illinois. I grew up on the north side of Chicago near the lake and Lincoln Park. We both needed to get back to the water, so why not the Pacific?
( By the way, we are extreme Cub and Blackhawk fans trying desperately to get a hockey/sports channel in our Huatulco condo.)
We bought this condo for a safe, beautiful place for our families to enjoy year round. We researched quality of environment, climate, safety, engineering, and found that this area was the best and safest place for our families to vacation. We even dared to experience the rainy season and the locals were right. There is still sun everyday.( Rain is later in the day or at night from June through September. The rainy season in summer is spectacular, too, with the lush gardens, green mountains and warm ocean waters.)
We were adamant about a seaweed free, friendly swimmable beach and a safe city as all our sons are risk takers and tend to venture out and explore. I had no qualms about them heading out at night, by taxi, to listen to local musicians in town or taking a full moon river trip. They loved being able to swim and snorkel everyday, enjoy numerous ethnic restaurants with fresh seafood and vegetables, and a new luxurious condo. With convenient, inexpensive transportation and friendly people. "Everything's better in Huatulco. "

While attending a travel show in Chicago, we were looking for places in the Caribbean or South America for our winter retreat. We came upon a new exhibit from Huatulco and decided to give it a try. We were impressed with the beautiful, clean airport in Huatulco and the wonderful, new, uncluttered infrastructure traveling to the resort area of Secrets and Dreams. We felt safe going into town and the people were friendly and accommodating. We liked the privacy of the pristine beaches of the bays and with 340 days of sunshine we pretty much had no chance of a rainy day. Tired of the all-inclusive menu , we decided to venture to the "ocean bar and grill" at Cosmo residences. It was amazing and so was Cosmo.! The food was fresh and the condo development was spectacular. Each year we came back to Cosmo, wanting so much to purchase one of their units. We talked to other residents of the complex and they said it was the best investment they had ever made. The quality of the construction, materials and the high-end amenities were fantastic & much better than what we had seen in the states, hotels or other developments. We were on the ocean! Not a channel, canal, or crowded strip of beach. We had our own spectacular ocean vista with no roads, telephone wires or cars to obstruct our view! The cost of taxis, groceries, restaurants is extremely affordable. Another positive is that there are direct flights to Huatulco Int'l airport from US and Canadian cities from November through March. Check out is fast at Huatulco International and a lovely 20 minute ride home to our condo. We love the fresh air and blue waters of the Pacific coast. We are relieved at not having to rush to save a pool or beach chair. It's so relaxing being able to swim at night under the lights in our immaculate pools. And year round sunshine! Huatulco is truly Mexico's best kept secret and once you stay at Cosmo Residences, you won't be able to stay at an all inclusive.

As soon as we walked into our unit, were were blown away by the bright blue ocean vista. We have a rare unit where both bedrooms face the ocean so no guest will feel deprived of an ocean view. Also, we are the only building with no boulders or trees to block our ocean view and no buildings backed up to us to block our breezes and botanical view. We are amazed by the state of the art engineering, high end finishes and superb quality of craftsmanship in the installation of the marble , cabinets, and Caesar stone. The elevator is conveniently located to our unit. The entire Cosmo development is spectacular with its 5 pools (2 ocean front)that are beautifully lit at night, and lush botanical garden paths. Having direct beach access, a gym and a wonderful onsite restaurant is a plus. Cosmo is about a 7 minute taxi ride to everything: supermarkets, restaurants, shops and marinas and only 20 minutes from the airport.
