In addition to your private pool, this condo is conveniently located beside both shared swimming pools and only steps away from the development's gated beach access. The most difficult decision you will have to make is which of these four swimming locations seems most desirable on any given day of your vacation: private pool, pool on the point, large infinity pool or straight to the ocean!

The outdoor space offers comfortable relaxation zones on the private poolside chaise loungers and the outdoor seating area. Just inside the sliding glass doors, you will be greeted with a bright and open living, dining and kitchen area. There is also a full shared bathroom located off of this large living space that is available for the studio/extra bedroom, as required.

The kitchen provides stainless steel appliances including built-in gas stovetop, range, dishwasher and microwave as well as a large refrigerator. Dining areas include breakfast bar and central dining table.

The media room is available for those moments you want to enjoy some time out of the beautiful Huatulco sunshine! With ample seating, guests can enjoy a movie or show on this room's Smart TV.

• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
• A resort fee of $10 - $15 USD per night applies for this complex, depending on length of stay. Cost is included in quote
