Renovated Oceanfront Condo

Oceanfront one bedroom unit recently remodeled with new kitchen and bath and central AC. Expansive ocean and marina views offer gorgeous sunsets every evening. This is the perfect location to enjoy your Hawaiian vacation. Note: the lanai will be closed from Feb 9 - March 20 for final repairs to the lanai floor by the building and guests during those dates will not be able to access the lanais. Rates during those dates have been discounted to account for this.

This fabulous ocean and marina front unit has just been recently remodeled with a new kitchen and bathroom with beautiful tiled stand-up shower. Comfortable and tasteful furniture throughout with a sofa bed in the living room along with two wall-mounted TVs.

The location of this unit is fantastic, just a stone's throw to Ala Moana shopping center, or Waikiki where you are surrounded by an excellent choice of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Easy stroll next door to the Hilton Hawaiian Village Lagoon, numerous surf spots and ocean adventures at your fingertips as well as one of the widest stretches of beach in Waikiki in front of the Hilton. Sit back and watch the amazing Friday night fireworks display right from your lanai as well as gorgeous sunsets throughout the year.

Air conditioner fan would not turn off and it sounded like a freight train. Horrible noise, none of us slept well. Internet was in and out, so computer work and TV was not reliable. Parking fees were not as stated per day. 7.00 higher per day. Bait and switch. Not cool

Location is great. Great view of the fireworks, close to ABC to grab basic essentials, Ala Moana shopping center in walking distance, short walk to the beach.Couldn’t figure out how to turn off the fan which ran constantly or access the wi fi for the TV. But we should have contacted the host sooner.

The condo is located perfectly. There are tons of restaurants and beach access. The condo was clean and the owner responds back to you fast. My family and I had a great time!

Great location

This unit is great. This was my 2nd time here. I was disappointed that I could not use the lanai and was not made aware of this prior to my stay. There was some very noisy construction on the building which I was also unaware of. After finding out the work hours, I was able to plan around them. I love the location and the unit.

Beautiful view

Nice apartment, well-equipped kitchen, and lovely view of the marina. Laundry room at end of the corridor from the apartment. Very handy, but we didn’t need to use it. Really good location just a short walk to the beach and lagoon in front of the Hilton. Also close to shops and restaurants. Convenient, if pricey (33/day), parking in adjacent parking garage. We had a great 3 days and Kyle was easy to communicate with. Thank you!

Lovely one bedroom apartment with a view.

From reservation to check in to check out, the process was seamless. Nicely remodeled well equipped unit with a nice view and convenient location.

The property was very nice and was clean, which is so important to me as I’m a bit of a clean freak (the place was left in extremely clean condition when we left). The only negative is that there were a couple of bugs 
. Small roaches and not a whole lot of them, maybe 4 or 5 were spotted. The owner responded quickly to my request for access info and we did not report the bug situation as we only spotted them on the first 2 days and then didn’t see any. Would rent this unit again.

Location, communication, only good things to say!

We stayed here as a family. Both room bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The location was a close walk to the lagoon and beach with small kids. The kitchen was well stocked. Room dresser, hangers, extra pillows and black out shades were a plus. Beach towels provided. Enough linens for everyone. Sand toys and equipment was provided as well. Beautiful view of the marina, and good view of the Friday fireworks too. AC and wifi worked well. Convenient floor access to laundry. Car rental in the building was a plus. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to friends +family.
