Yard Cottage is a delightful traditional cottage resting on the Rousdon Estate near Lyme Regis and can sleep six guests in three bedrooms.
Amenities: Oil-fired central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher. Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed courtyard, furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.6 miles, pub 3.4 miles. Note: There are some internal steps on the ground floor so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: Stair gates do not fit on the stairs of this property so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: There is restricted height in the eaves of the twin bedroom so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: Logs aren’t supplied but are available to purchase locally. Note: The property is located on a privately managed estate. Note: Due to the rural location, mobile reception may be poor but Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and can be used for internet-based calls
Town: The delightful seaside town of Lyme Regis has much to offer its visitors, boasting a maze of narrow streets filled with craft and antique shops, galleries and cafes. Take a stroll along the world-famous Cobb causeway overlooking the ancient harbour, where fishing trips can be enjoyed, or try your hand at fossil hunting in the area. The scenic coastal path offers excellent walking opportunities and spectacular views of the stunning Jurassic coast, whilst the gently shelving sands and sparkling waters of Lyme Bay provide the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. A holiday destination to savour!
