Dear Melisa, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review and for highlighting what a wonderful visit you had in Lucca. It is a true pleasure to know that the apartment provided everything you needed for an enjoyable stay, and that you were captivated by the spectacular view, which is always a favorite feature for our guests. We love that our accommodations offer that authentic charm combined with the comforts that make a holiday seamless. Your helpful notes regarding the traditional third-floor stairs and the firm mattresses are greatly appreciated, as we always value our guests' insights to help future travelers plan their perfect Tuscan getaway. We would be absolutely delighted to welcome you back for another memorable stay in the future. A presto.

Dear Mr Brown, Thank you for appreciating the apartment's spacious size and furnishings, as well as the accuracy of our listing description. We are genuinely sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. However, we would like to mention that we were not informed about the issues with the coffee maker and the Wi-Fi connection. We would have intervened promptly to resolve them and minimize any inconvenience, just as we did with the washing machine—reimbursing your laundry expenses—and with the garbage disposal, which we handled ourselves right after your departure. My kindest regards,
