Nouvelle maison de grande montagne construite dans un club fermé avec un nouveau grand bain à remous extérieur

Grande maison sur mesure plus récente construite il y a 6 ans. Nouveaux appareils de cuisine pour 2019. 5-10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville. Grande maison familiale avec nouvelle télévision 50 "4K est située dans le Highlands Falls Country Club avec beaucoup d'intimité, fermée. Il a un plan d'étage unique avec suite parentale, et 2 chambres supplémentaires et 3 salles de bains toutes au niveau principal, plus une salle familiale inférieure avec une grande suite de 4e chambre et une grande terrasse à l'arriÚre. Le loft de la 5e chambre est parfait pour les enfants. Notre maison est idéale pour les couples, les familles (avec enfants), les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés aprÚs approbation. Internet haute vitesse et cùble inclus. CafetiÚre et Keurig inclus. Ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque piÚce. Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Nouveau bain à remous extérieur et nouveau gril à gaz Weber. WIFI haut débit gratuit.
Pas de fĂȘtes s'il vous plaĂźt. C'est un quartier et une maison trĂšs haut de gamme. Nous n'autorisons pas les fĂȘtes.

The house had everything you could want with comfortable beds, message chair, bathroom adjoining every bedroom, fireplace, printer, air dryer, toaster, kuerig, etc. Larry was very accommodating and helpful. Great place for a family of 6 adults and 3 teenagers. Everyone enjoyed having their own room.

Great Property

We came on a family vacation to this oasis in the mountains. Larry the property owner was easy to get ahold of and very helpful with what we needed. This property was in a beautiful gated community and just 5 minutes from downtown Highlands. The house is perfect for a family with ample space and all the comforts of home. We look forward to return one day.

Comfortable well equipped home

Our family truly enjoyed this spacious 5 BR 5 Bath home. It’s in a quiet secluded neighborhood. Has a wonderful walking road with very little traffic. Very close to Highlands and Cashiers. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large array of condiments and spices. Plenty of supplies for the bathrooms and kitchen. We enjoyed eating in the dinning room and on the the porch. We will return next year.

Wonderful Highlands Stay

My family has been renting in the Highlands since the 1990’s and have seen the good and the bad of online rentals. Let me say, you will NOT be disappointed with this home. It is everything that was advertised in the listing and MORE! Home was spacious over 3 levels and provided our large family with plenty of space so we never felt like we were on top of one another while also having plenty of space for the family to gather. The home is fully accessorized with everything you would need at your own home and the owners have thought of seemingly everything. The home is minutes from Main Street in downtown Highlands and the owners were very gracious, communicated well and were great to deal with. This property is top notch and would highly recommend for your Highlands trip.

Small sorority get together

The house is very spacious and well equipped with first rate appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice! The 70inch tv in the living room is great! We had a problem with the fireplace not working properly and the owner tried very hard to find someone to repair it. He was very nice and concerned.

Wedding Weekend

This property was perfect for nine adults who were in Highlands for a family wedding. The layout of the home and the fact that each bedroom has an attached bathroom made it great for several adults to get ready for a wedding. Home was very well stocked with everything we needed!

Lovely Highlands Home

This is a lovely, spacious home in the Highlands Falls area. Great for a large family. Very convenient to downtown Highlands (about a 7 minute drive). Large outdoor deck with BBQ, lounges and dining table is wonderful. Kitchen is very well equipped. Great walking area too. Owner, Larry, is very responsive to questions and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in the mountains

There were 6 of us staying for long weekend to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The house was very large and we used the 4 large beds but could have comfortably had another 4 people as there is a large bunk bed downstairs and a double twin on the 2nd floor we didn’t touch. The weather was mostly rain and cold so we definitely made full use of the house. The master bedroom and bath are very large and the shower had great pressure. Cooked most of our meals at home. Enjoyed the grill on the deck, the hot tub (which takes over 24 hours to heat up), the gas fireplace and just lounging around in the living room. We did a number of local hikes - the waterfalls were raging because of the rain and the ridge hike where the Mountain views were mostly shrouded in fog, but made for some cool effects. Larry was a great host and made sure everything was in order and gave some good local tips. Highlands was very busy but cute and we walked around visiting some of the shops. There is a good choice of dining establishments if you want to eat out but found it somewhat crowded and opted to eat home mostly. The home is in an upscale golf community that is gated and very secure. Would love to visit in the warmer months when you could use the decks and outside more.

Fall color getaway

Will definitely return!!

The place is absolutely gorgeous! Its located in a very quiet neighborhood, less that 5 minutes from downtown Highlands. The owner was very helpful in any questions or recommendations that we asked. I just wished we could have stayed longer!! We look forward to returning soon!!!!!
