The Space:

Inside, the spacious living rooms invite you to unwind on plush couches, the 65‑inch smart TV ready for a movie night after a day of mountain exploration.



Sleeping Arrangements

The home offers nine beds for up to eight guests, ensuring privacy and comfort. On the main floor, the master bedroom features a king‑size bed, en‑suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, and forest views. The first‑floor bonus room adds a twin trundle bed and its own smart TV. The third floor holds three queen bedrooms—each with a smart TV and en‑suite bathroom—and a twin bedroom perfect for children. A large bedroom on the lower level includes a twin trundle bed and a 65‑inch smart TV. All bedrooms are equipped with hypoallergenic bedding options and mattress encasements.



Outdoor Living

Two acres of wooded grounds provide multiple outdoor retreats. A covered pavilion with an oversized wood‑burning fireplace (currently out of order) overlooks a spacious deck furnished with comfortable couches, captain’s chairs, and a 16‑person dining table. A separate fire‑pit invites storytelling and s’mores. Two creeks converge into a private pond, offering opportunities for salamander spotting, bird watching, and gentle exploration. The patio remains fully usable, and a screened porch adds extra shade.



Kitchen & Dining

The fully stocked kitchen includes every appliance and utensil a home chef could desire—coffee bar, mixology bar, Insta‑Pot, blender, and all cooking, baking, and serving essentials. A breakfast bar seats three, while the formal indoor dining room comfortably seats eight. Outside, the pavilion’s dining table accommodates sixteen guests, perfect for large gatherings. High‑speed internet and multiple smart TVs support work and entertainment.
