We would like to clarify that full instructions for the property, including heating and appliances, are provided both within the property and in the digital guest guide shared prior to arrival. This is designed so guests can access information easily during their stay. If anything is unclear, we’re always very happy to help — and as you experienced, our team is on hand to talk things through or provide additional guidance when needed. We can also arrange replacement printed information if requested. Thank you for your comments regarding connectivity as well — as you say, this can be variable in the area and is unfortunately outside of our control.
