Spacious apartment in a quiet area halfway between the centre of Genoa and the beautiful Ligurian coast.



The apartment, located on the first floor without a lift, features modern and refined furnishings, with white as the predominant colour, which brightens the space. The entrance opens onto the living area equipped with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a dining table and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. Along the corridor there are three bedrooms, all equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and access to the balcony. The apartment is completed by a bathroom with shower and one with a bathtub.
