It is a two-minute walk from La Concha Beach, in the heart of the city's shopping area and a short walk from the Old Town. It is perfect for a family as it has two spacious rooms and is fully equipped. It is very quiet and peaceful - a great advantage considering its central location.

The property has two bedrooms with ample wardrobes, a complete bathroom with shower and hydro-massage bath, a dressing room and a cosy living-dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a glass partition that allows you to cook without smells reaching the rest of the house. High ceilings and large windows give access to a balcony and flood the whole house with natural light from the large courtyard.

The flat is rented fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary including kitchenware.

A temporary rental contract is signed at check-in. A deposit of 1000 euros is requested, which is returned in full within 72 hours of departure if the flat has not been damaged.
