Appartement moderne et chic situé sur l’avenue principale de San Sebastian : le boulevard de la Vieille Ville. Refait à neuf en 2015, il est situé en plein coeur de la ville. À juste 1 minute à pied de la plage de La Concha et 5 minutes de la plage de Zurriola. Il est fournit de deux grands lits et peut donc accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes.

Notre appartement est tel que vous le voyez sur les photos, un espace confortable composé de deux chambres, d’une salle à manger, d’une cuisine, d’une salle de bain et d’une machine à laver. Chaque chambre dispose d’un grand lit queen size. L’appartement est situé dans le coeur de la ville, la Vieille Ville de San Sebastian, où tous les restaurants sont localisés, il est donc possible qu’il y ait un peu de bruit dehors durant les soirs de week-ends. Notre photo d’accueil est constituée d’une flèche orange montrant l’emplacement exact de notre appartement. Comme vous pouvez le voir, l’appartement est en plein coeur de la Vieille Ville, vous pourrez donc profiter pleinement de cette jolie partie de la ville et de la plage, avec tous ce qu’elles ont à offrir, sans oublier les pintxos !

Dans le cas où vous veniez en voiture, il y a un parking public souterrain très près du bâtiment. L'appartement dispose de la climatisation grâce à une unité de climatisation de fenêtre portable.

The location is good if you want to be right in the heart of the action. Very easy to walk everywhere including the beach and old town. However due to this, it is quite loud well into the night, even past 4:00AM.

Thank you for your comments. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the apartment, its central location and San Sebastian during your stay. As for the noise at night: as we inform on our public listing on VRBO, because of the central location of the apartment (in the heart of the Old Town) on the weekend nights there may be more activity outside and get a little loud. But it is also important to notice that during your stay there were two music concerts in town, so it is relatively normal that during those specific nights there was more activity than usual in the Boulevard street out front. However, we are sorry you experienced excessive noise during those nights and we hope that next time you stay in the apartment you will be able to enjoy a more quiet and relaxing time. Space was better than in the pictures, easy to access up one flight of stairs. Bright, modern and clean. Very centrally located for easy access by foot to anything. Public parking in the TelPark Boulevard lot across the street that is safe and clean and very reasonable if you pre-book using the app - necessary to confirm your vehicle is allowed in the low emission zone, with auto license plate reader making it easy in and easy out. It was so wonderful to be close to wanted to the beach Pintxos bars and hiking, but stop back between adventures.

Great apartment to explore san sebastian and all the great food and drink that abounds. Parking is expensive if you drive; otherwise perfect in every way.

What can say other than the property was ideal. Cleanliness, quality and communication with Iñigo was top notch. The location could not be better. Definitely going to stay there again next time we are in San Sebastian.

Great apartment

Spacious apartment in central location, just steps to old town and la Concha beach. Clean and with very good amenities, including new windows so outside sounds were not really noticed. Everything was as advertised and communication with the host was very good. If driving, the entrance to Boulevard Parking is immediately on the right as you turn left onto Zumardia Boulevard.

Great short stay

We only had 2 days in San Sebastián (not enough) - the apartment shows exactly as advertised/ perfect location ….. right in the heart of the city / a short walk to wherever you would want to be. Fridge stocked with welcoming wine and beer (thank you). Highly recommended!

Nice new apartment close to everything

Inigo was an amazing host from the moment we arrived until after we left, meeting us at the door and showing us how everything worked in the apt. and communicating regularly to see if we needed anything. The apartment was clean, comfortable with everything you need, and located really close to the beach and a million restaurants and pinchos bars in the Old Town. I also appreciated his very comprehensive book with everything we needed to know about the area including great restaurant recommendations. We had a terrific week there and recommend it highly.

Great apartment: great shape, great location, apt was nice and clean; great host too, Inigo, who was very positive and fast to respond all the way thru. He also provided extra beach towels when asked. Apartment windows are facing arcade which means daylight is somewhat limited; but absolutely great location, strongly recommend :-)

Centrally located apartment with nice architectural details

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at this property for three nights. The apartment was clean and spacious for two people, with room for another two people to sleep on the pullout sofa bed if need be. We were very impressed by the hospitality of Iñigo and his parents, who warmly greeted us at the apartment and provided a few welcome refreshments. They allowed us to drop off our luggage a few hours before check-in and even store our luggage there after check out while waiting for our train. Iñigo also helped us acquire a reservation at a 3 Star Michelin restaurant that was fully booked. We appreciated being able to use the washing machine to clean our laundry since we were traveling for 5 wks. I would definitely stay here again.
