Charmant studio privé avec vue imprenable sur la promenade de Miraconcha, rue la plus emblématique et luxueuse de Saint-Sébastien. Rénovation récente, et avec climatisation. Situé juste en face de la plage de La Concha, vue imprenable sur la mer et la plage depuis l’appartement, comme vous pouvez le voir sur la photo d’accueil prise de notre balcon.

Notre studio est tel que vous le voyez sur les photos, un espace unique de 21 m², qui comprend une salle de bain privée avec une machine à laver et un sèche linge.

Dans le cas où vous veniez en voiture et vous auriez besoin d'un parking, nous disposons d'un parking privé que nous louons généralement à un prix qui varie en fonction du mois de l'année. Si vous êtes intéressé, faites le moi savoir quand vous réserverez l'appartement car le garage doit être réservé à l'avance. Le parking peut être loué sous réserve de disponibilité.

Everything was exactly as described. The space is perfect for a couple and the view of LaConcha was beautiful. The host communicated well and check in/out was super easy. Hopefully we can come visit again!

As for your comment about the "small apartment", you already knew the size of the studio before booking it, as we publicly disclose the exact size and the meter squares on VRBO, and also the pictures show the space exactly as it is. The studio is not small, it's perfect for 2 guests, it has 23 square meters, with a large bedroom area, a kitchenette, a private bathroom and a full body balcony facing the ocean and beach. It was a pleasure hosting you during your holidays in San Sebastian. If in the future you come back to town, I will be more than happy to host you again.

Big View, Tiny Apartment

Our host was very informative and helpful but for us the apartment was too small for 2 people with luggage and very expensive. Nice view to the beach and about 1km to the town.

We disagree and we honestly think that the space is perfect for two guests, and so do the vast majority of our former guests: we have hundreds of reviews on several platform like Booking or Airbnb, and never had a guest complain about the space being too small. In any case, the exact size of the studio is published on our listing for everyone to see before booking. Also, during your stay we offered you an early check-in free of charge as well as a discounted rate for your stay. We are also sorry to hear that you feel that the rental price was too high. In regards to the price, it is important to understand that the prices in San Sebastian are very different from other cities in Spain. In fact, the price you have paid is much lower than the average price per night for this apartment, you enjoyed a discounted price. In the summer months, the price is a 50% higher than the price you have paid. Lastly, the studio is located in the center of San Sebastian, I assume you wanted to say that it is 1km (15 minutes walk) to the "Old Town" or historic part of the city. A cozy space with an amazing view

We had a wonderful time in San Sebastián, thanks to our gracious host Iñigo who made us feel welcome even before we got there. Communication with him was prompt, detailed and concise, and we had everything needed to navigate to the apartment and the private garage after a very long day driving from Santiago de Compostela. Grateful for the efficient elevator that lifted us to the 2nd floor apartment and big smiles at the breathtaking view of La Concha looking east. The studio was perfect since we spent most of our time with the French doors open or out exploring. The kitchen is just right with everything we needed. The washer/dryer are small and efficient, and we allowed for ample time on hangers and rack. The location is perfect, and we walked everywhere. Close to the excitement, but far enough away from the busy areas and noisy traffic. We had a fantastic œnogastronomic time in Donostia-San Sebastián, and hope to return with friends and family.
