Cette Ă©lĂ©gante maison Palm Desert est un lieu de vacances idĂ©al pour la famille et les amis! Il a 2.750 pieds carrĂ©s d'espace de vie. Il a 4 chambres Ă  coucher et 4 salles de bain (3 salles de bain complĂštes et 1 salle d’eau). Il a un grand plan d'Ă©tage ouvert avec une grande cuisine, une salle Ă  manger et une salle familiale! Une salle de jeux avec une table de billard est Ă  la disposition des clients. La cour arriĂšre dispose d'une belle piscine / spa, d'un patio avec des brumisateurs professionnels, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision extĂ©rieure, d'un barbecue, de nombreux meubles de jardin pour se dĂ©tendre et d'un putting green pour les golfeurs. Great stay and wonderful property.

Gina was a wonderful host of the property. She was immediately responsive to any questions and able to assist with any requirements. The house is wonderful, the pool and backyard are great; the pool was just refinished and works as a great splash pool with both shade and sun. A bit cool in early January but full sun on pool by Feb. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had a few guests stay through our 3 month rental and the house is nicely designed to provide lots of space and good bedroom and living set-up. We like being in that location of Palm Desert as you are close to the Dinah Shore- Monterey shopping as well as easy access to 111 and El Paseo. The pool table and putting green add a fun touch when friends visited. The open concept kitchen - living area gives lots of flexibility and there is a large tv for event viewing . Very nice neighbours , many birds, and feels like a little community as well. If you are thinking about this house as a potential property you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful vacation home in Palm Desert

We stayed in this fabulous home for 4 weeks and it was heaven. There was plenty of space for the whole family. Great location in close proximity to El Paseo. We loved the backyard space and hot tub. The recreational activities onsite were first rate - pool table inside and 4-hole putting green outside. Gina was an amazing hostess and was quick to respond to any inquiries. We tried to rebook for next March but someone beat us to the punch. We would definitely go back.

A Great Rental and Owner

Several other renters have said the house was even better than photos make it appear: It's true! But the best reason to stay here is Gina, a one-of-a-kind owner. We had no real problems with the house, but when we needed information or help with everyday issues, she was always quick to respond and a joy to deal with. The next time we stay in the Palm Springs area, Gina will be our first call!

Shhh, don't tell anyone about this gem

Honestly one of the easiest processes I've ever had with VRBO or any other rental process. Gina gave me a call a few days before the stay and gave each and every detail that was needed. The house is amazing with a pool, putting green, pool table and very conversationally friendly layout. If going out that way, will definitely be reaching out and hoping this spot is available!

Perfect stay

Location ✅ Great spacious house ✅ Well appointed large kitchen. Can’tthink of anything we needed that didn’t have. Garage door opener to use for our stay, hot tub warmed up quickly, Spacious bedrooms. Everyone able to have their own space but then great gathering area with large comfy sectional and big TV. Host was very reachable and great to work with. Excellent communication. Would not hesitate to stay again if lucky enough to make it back to PSP.

Paradise in Palm Springs

The house was located in a quiet neighborhood where we were able to walk every morning. Gina , the owner, was so welcoming. The house was very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and coffee bar! The outside pool area was gorgeous and very relaxing. Great time spent with family. We will come again!!

Great property, great host!

Both the property and the host were fabulous! Great location, safe and quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities of home! The interior was clean, spacious, light and airy. The backyard was quiet and relaxing, whether sitting poolside, watching tv or grilling/eating dinner! Check-in was easy and host Gina was a very, very responsive, answering all our (minor!) questions literally within minutes! Highly recommend this property for your long-term stay! We hope to stay again too!

Spacious house with nice pool, spa and putting green

A family of 5 adults and 2 young children stayed for 1 week over New Years. Lots of space with 4 bedrooms. The house had everything needed and Gina the owner was very responsive and helpful. We used the pool and spa everyday which were kept at a nice temperature. Quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. Enjoyed our stay and do recommend it to others. Thank you Gina for everything!

Excellent Desert Getaway

We stayed here for a long weekend with 3 couples and had a wonderful time. Great backyard and open living area to all hangout together with plenty of space. Gina was very helpful and even let us check in early since nobody was staying there before us. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Gina was amazing! Her communication was always prompt. The property was beautiful and decorated nicely. The backyard was perfect for a weekend getaway with a pool, hot tub, misters, and putt putt golf! There was a grill as well (we didn't use). I loved the open concept of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. I also loved that we were able to utilize the garage. That was much appreciated since it was near 100 degrees! All rooms were spacious and there were 3.5 baths which was great since we had all girls in our group! I definitely will be staying here again when I come back to Palm Springs. Thanks, Gina!

Fabulous friends trip

Beautiful decorations and the great room was wonderful for 4 couples to relax and entertain each other! Great for a group of friends. The hot tub was big hit too. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Home!!

We had a wonderful time here. The house was spotless, has lots of clean towels, toiletries, all the kitchen utensils you need. Amazing space. Fun for adults and kids! Minutes away from Costco and Ralphs. Perfect location!! Can’t wait to stay here again! Oh and the owner was so responsive 😍
