The building has three floors. Ground floor (the entrance is directly from the garage and from the stairs of the middle floor, which leads from the kitchen): garage, laundry room, salon and two bedrooms with bathrooms for each bedroom. The middle floor (there is an entrance to it from the outside and from the stairs of the lower floor, this floor also has access to the courtyard through the salon and through the glazed terrace to the pool, sauna and barbecue area): kitchen, large living room, large terrace covered with glass, guest toilet, one bedroom with its own bathroom and a large dressing room, and two bedrooms and another bathroom. Top floor: Gym with secluded work area.A deposit of 300 euros is taken from guests upon arrival. Heating and use of the sauna 15 euros per hour. From 15/09 to 15/05 for heating the pool (if guests order it) is charged 30 euros per day. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to a fee and are provided only by prior arrangement and subject to availability. We do not provide additional cleaning, laundry or linen change services.All guests over 16 years of age are required to complete mandatory registration before entering the accommodation . A gardener comes to the villa according to his work schedule to service and maintain the quality of water in the pool.

Fantastic family holiday for 11 of us. House so clean and spacious. Pool area was gorgeous and we made use of the bbq. Would definitely recommend this villa, not a long walk to amenities.

Really lovely clean villa. Everything it said in the description was true. We did age to get a few more taxis than other places we stayed as it’s up a hill but it hasn’t put us off going back. It was worth every penny

Simply Fantastic Villa

Our party of 8 adults and 3 young children had a brilliant time at this villa which is spotlessly clean and has a wide range of amenities. Tatyana the host had already sent helpful information 3 days prior, and was on hand to welcome us even though our flight arrived late. Check out was very efficient and easy. Fabulous family holiday

We were a family of 15, spreading over 4 generations for a weeks holiday. Tatiana and her husband were wonderful hosts, always available if needed. Great communication from the start to the end of the holiday. The villa was spotless, and had everything you could think of. Plenty of kitchen items, towels,pool towels, toys, games, and the villa was very well equipped. Everything was as advertised. We had a fabulous holiday and cannot thank our hosts enough. Everyone enjoyed from the youngest to the eldest. Once again thank you both. Hope to return to your beautiful home.

Family Holiday 2024

Villa was brilliant had everything we needed,local enough to walk down into town and close enough for an uber back and cheap. Lovely restaurants just 15 min walk. If you have a car, Mijas is close and Marbella is 35 mins. Amazing Restaurant in Cala De Mijas for a special treat The Geranium By Steven Saunders. The host of the villa was super helpful, pre check in villa information was all whatsapp to me with instructions for everything. Decor was lovely and well kept. We really enjoyed the villa and we only had 8 people, but we could have easily had another 8. Sunbeds available would have been nice to have a few more of the loungers, but that is really the only thing i can comment on as everything was super. 5 star.

Great stay

Had a family stay at the villa. The prior communication was first class with all instructions and arrival details received week or so beforehand and always felt confident that should there be any issues, there would always be someone on hand to resolve. We were met at the villa and shown around which was much appreciated. The heated pool was a decent temperature even for February and with not such good weather. This should not be under estimated as I have paid extra on quite a few occasions before only to be disappointed upon arrival due to 'unexpected issues' and the pool heating not working. The villa itself is first class and obviously undergone refurbishment not too long ago. The pool table and table tennis were great for a few evening competitions! Steep hill to villa which afforded it some great views and had a car so not a problem. Plenty of online delivery options if you don't want to cook (Harrys indian didn't disappoint). We rarely look to return to the same villa as like to explore different locations but would certainly book this one again.

A fabulous villa

We have just got back from an eight night stay at this fabulous villa. The host was so flexible to accommodate us travelling with young children, They allowed us to check in early and check out late. The villa was spotless with everything you could possibly wish for. The villa is so light and airy as it has huge opening doors. We paid a supplement to have the pool heated and it was worth every penny as the three grandchildren spent hours playing in it. We asked the host if they could get us a pushchair and they managed to get two. The villa is in a very quiet area with no noise. It is about a 15 min walk to the beach and shops which is all down hill but uphill coming back. The grounds were well maintained and it was nice to have some grass for the children to play on. They loved playing table tennis and table football. The laundry came in useful. We never used the sauna so cannot comment on that. In a party of four adults and three children none of us wanted to go home and would happily have stayed for another week. I would thoroughly recommend it for a family stay and though a car might be useful it was no problem to walk downhill to the sea and restaurants and get a reasonable priced taxi back. Fabulous.
