This lush property is a 3-bedrooms villa all with ensuite bathrooms. The quaint property retains its charm with a traditional Bali Alang Alang thatched roof & teak wooden fixtures. The villa provides large open plan living which leads out onto surrounding terraces.
Samastiti Beach House is a private oasis with big open-plan living and dining spaces, garden terraces, and balconies with views of the sea, the mountain, and the rice fields.
The light-filled living room is designed tastefully with natural stones, local teak wood, and traditional artwork, giving a natural feel that fits perfectly with holidaying on Bali island. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors open up to a breezy veranda where you can relax, sit together, and dine to the view of the pool and the ocean. At the back of the living room, is the TV room where guests can lounge on a comfy sofa, reading a book, or watch a movie on the modern entertainment set that boasts a 42-inch LCD TV with Netflix.

For large groups, we can accommodate an extra 4 people on large sofas and 2 extra beds in addition to the 3 bedrooms at Samastiti villa by the sea. You can also rent the “love shack”, a charming traditional beachfront wooden house next door that will sleep another 2 people bringing the total capacity to 12 people.

The 1000 square meter beachfront garden is well-kept and fragrant with the heady aroma of frangipani flowers and native plant life. Sun chairs on the stone pool deck allow you to sunbathe under the warm, Balinese sun. The garden area is totally private for your group during your rental.
Beach chairs also sit facing the ocean waves and glimpses of local fishermen going about their daily rituals.

Kadek, our housekeeper will be available during your stay to help you with anything you might need. She will clean the villa 6 days a week (except on big Balinese ceremony day). A gardener also maintains the pool and the garden. If you don’t want to cook, we provide an in-house dining menu that you can sample from the privacy of your own villa. Many local restaurants also deliver to the villa. We can help you organize drivers, tours, babysitters, private yoga teachers,… We will help you have a fantastic holiday in Bali and discover the unexplored Northside.
