We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of a small bathroom. Your feedback is important to us, and we always take it very seriously. It was our duty to reimburse you for the inconvenience that the lack of a small bathroom caused you. Regarding the clothing, we deeply regret the situation and any frustration it may have caused. We immediately took action upon being notified, and we understand your concern. We sincerely apologize, and we are still working to determine exactly what happened. We continuously strive to improve our services and provide the best experience for our guests. Your feedback helps us better understand areas that need attention. Thank you very much for taking the time to write this review which is so very important for us to understand if there is something that we can improve at home. We will immediately take action concerning the kitchen and the bathroom. Unfortunately here in Italy apartments for rent are not allowed to provide any food to guests. Only hotels can provide it and we really hope that in the future this may be extended to apartments for rent. It has been very lovely to host you and we hope that you had an overall nice stay in Florence 😀

We apologize for the inconvenience caused during your stay. We regret that you weren't informed about the bathroom issue; we did send notifications to all our guests immediately when the incident occurred, offering refunds to ensure transparency and fairness. We understand the frustration regarding communication and the cleanliness issue in the bathroom; this is not the standard we aim to uphold. We take your feedback seriously and will strive to improve our communication and maintenance processes to ensure a more seamless experience for our guests. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're glad you liked the apartment and the convenience of exploring Florence. Your feedback helps us improve, and we appreciate your time in sharing your thoughts.
