"PALAZZO SIGNORIA" - LOFT / APT DE LUXE avec TERRASSE SUR LE TOIT

L'appartement / LOFT (flambant neuf !!!) il est situé au 3ème et dernier étage d'un bâtiment historique du centre de Florence derrière la Piazza della Signoria.
L'appartement design est meublé avec des meubles de luxe, répartis sur deux niveaux: l'étage inférieur se compose d'un grand salon avec deux fenêtres, d'où vous pourrez admirer la tour Arnolfo et une partie du Palazzo Vecchio, une cuisine avec table salle à manger équipée (réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, machine à café, bouilloire, plaque à induction, couverts), une chambre double et une salle de bain avec douche. Le salon par un escalier ouvert mène à l'étage supérieur où se trouve la deuxième chambre double et une grande salle de bains avec bidet, toilettes et douche; au même étage, par la mezzanine (donnant sur le salon en dessous) vous entrez dans la troisième chambre avec 2 lits simples (pouvant être réunis).
Le plafond est fait de poutres apparentes originales des années 1300.
De l'étage supérieur, par un escalier intérieur, vous pouvez accéder à la terrasse panoramique de 25 m². (avec vue à 360 °), où vous pourrez passer une agréable soirée aux chandelles et profiter d'une vue nocturne à couper le souffle sur les principaux monuments historiques et les beautés artistiques de la Renaissance florentine.
L'appartement (100 m2) situé au 3ème étage (sans ascenseur) il a été entièrement rénové en 2017; peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes (déconseillé aux familles avec enfants de moins de 6 ans).
L'appartement est à 100 mètres. de Piazza Signoria, Galerie des Offices, Il Bargello et Ponte Vecchio, en 5 minutes à pied, vous pouvez rejoindre le Duomo, Santa Maria Novella, Piazza Santa Croce, Palazzo Pitti et les principales rues commerçantes.

Our stay at Signoria Palace exceeded every expectation and was the perfect home base for our family of six visiting Florence for the first time from the USA. Emiliano was a wonderful host—he greeted us personally at the apartment and even helped carry our luggage up the flights of stairs, which we greatly appreciated.The home was spacious, immaculate, and full of charm. The rooftop patio quickly became one of our favorite spots to unwind with a glass of wine or a good book. Despite the building being several centuries old, the apartment felt modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed.Florence is an incredibly walkable city, and the location couldn’t have been better. We were just minutes from major attractions—Uffizi Galleries and Palazzo Vecchio in 3 minutes, Ponte Vecchio in 7, the Duomo in 10, and Santa Croce Basilica in 4—with endless cafés, restaurants, gelato shops, and boutiques all around us.We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Florence.
