Was absolutely lovely, highly recommend! Super attentive communication and flat itself was listed as it came. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Loved our stay. Apartment is really nice. Bright and modern. 10 min walk to marina with a. Supermarket close by. Really happy with the stay

Wonderful stay in Lagos

Myself and a group of friends had a wonderful stay at this property in Lagos! We were here for 5 nights and wished we could’ve stayed longer! The apartment is modern, clean and has everything you need for a self-catered holiday. The shared swimming pool is also a bonus! Ideal location with a supermarket, marina, old town Lagos all within walking distance. We found Ubers are also cheap and available if we didn’t fancy walking. Highly recommend this apartment for friends/families looking to stay in Lagos. Would love to come back again!

Straßenbaustelle

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und ansprechend eingerichtet. Der Pool sauber und schön groß. Leider ist eine sehr laute Baustelle nebenan, die noch lange andauern wird und es erfolgte vorher keinerlei Information darüber. Es handelt sich um laute Straßenbauarbeiten zur Erschließung mit ständigen Piepston, wenn die Baumaschienen rückwärts fahren. Des Weiteren gibt es eine starke Geruchsbelästigung. Die Arbeiten gehen täglich von ca. 8:30 bis 18 Uhr. Zusätzlich wurde im Haus der Boden im Flur des Erdgeschosses aufgestemmt. Uns wurde als Ausgleich lediglich eine Ersatzwohnung mit geringerem Standard an einer stark befahrenen Straße und ebenfalls einer Baustelle in unmittelbarer Umgebung angeboten. Diese war zudem um 17 Uhr noch nicht gereinigt. Dem Geruch nach schon länger. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief schleppend und es wurde kein Verständnis gezeigt. Ein finanzieller Ausgleich oder eine frühere Abreise mit Entschädigung wurden abgelehnt. Schriftlich wurde uns geantwortet, dass keine Haftung für Baulärm übernommen wird. D.h. es wird versucht, sich in den AGB besser als das geltende Gesetz zu stellen. Es wurde behauptet, dass sie von dieser Baustelle nichts wüssten, obwohl das Büro der Agentur direkt nebenan ist. Nicht buchen, wenn sie eine ruhige Umgebung schätzen und sich von 8-18 Uhr in der Wohnung oder am Pool aufhalten möchten.

I have read your review with some disappointment, especially given that our staff went to great lengths to assist you throughout your stay. It is even more disappointing that you feel the need to refer to a member of our staff as 'an arrogant grease bag' . I find that quite rude, offensive and totally unnecessary!! It seems very strange to me that the guests who stayed in the apartment immediately before you left a 5 star review on VRBO, I quote below. ''Perfect vacation apartment. Everything is done on foot, very quiet and very clean. I would go back tomorrow!'' There are also another 5 star review from June this year. We always take all feedback very seriously and I am truly sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Algarve Retreats, as an organisation, takes a great deal of pride in all of its rental properties and never receives bad reviews. This particular property, as you have pointed out is very nice, it is unfortunate that you have felt it appropriate to place such an unbalanced review. You are, of course, entitled to your opinion although, on this occasion, having taken the time to fully investigate your claims I feel that they are grossly disproportionate.

Coole Wohnung sehr nahe am Zentrum

Wir haben eine gute Wohnung, sauber und gut eingerichtet bekommen. Die Schlüssel haben wir persönlich erhalten und konnten auch mit dieser Person ein paar Worte austauschen und haben wertvolle Informationen bekommen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, hat einen schönen Pool und genügend Parkplätze draussen. Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen und es hat ebenfalls in Fussdistanz einen grossen Laden. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
