I have stayed here many times and for good reasons. Location and general area are very nice. It is quiet with everything you would need from groceries to restaurants to fuel to a large variety of retail very close as is access to the Ring Road, Trans Canada Highway, and airport. Having an attached garage is great. The unit is always clean, well maintained, and well stocked. The host is outstanding to deal with although I very rarely need to as there has been basically no issues requiring attention. I will continue to stay here whenever I visit Regina.

I have stayed at this property many times and will continue to stay here. It is always clean, in good condition, and well stocked. Everything always works and I have encountered zero issues with the whole process. Neighbors are always quiet. The location is ideal for me and the garage is a welcomed bonus. We had a very nice stay at Ren's townhouse. Her attention to detail with all the nice touches she adds make for a very welcoming atmosphere. The gift basket and well-equipped kitchen were the best part for us.

Our stay couldn’t have been better. This location has everything you need for a comfortable visit. The host has truly covered all the essentials that have often been missing from other places I have rented (extra garbage bags/salt&pepper&spices etc). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Regina!

Comfortable, convenient location, great accommodations

I've stayed here multiples times and there are good reasons for coming back. Located close to the airport and all highways, ring road, and bypass. Downtown is only 10 minutes away. The place is newer, clean, has plenty of space and has quiet neighbors. The attached garage is convenient and important to me. I recommend this property and will stay here again.
