Tanya’s condo is perfect. The location is excellent. All the restaurants and shopping close by. Excellent communication with the host as well.

Very nice accommodations. We had a nice stay. My only suggestion is that the listing should be updated to state that toiletries are not provided, as we only figured this out when we found no soap or shampoo and we received no response when we asked about it.

So we had a great repor with Tanya which was awesome the place looked well appointed but for a couple of us getting in and out of the low bed and low couch was a constant challenge. We needed to help one another up and out. It was otherwise very nice.

This property provided the feel of a "home away from home". The layout was very comfortable. The pool was welcome amenity. The location was exceptional.

This property is not new it’s 11 years old and shows it, it’s not maintained.Every piece of furniture is damagedAs the other renters have stated the beds and couch are on the floor making it very difficult to get in and out of.Apparently the pool/clubhouse is funded buy the three buildings and there are financial issues so the hot tub, gym and clubhouse are inoperable, the pool is semi functional but not heated.Pluses are location, view of the creek and underground parking if your car fits.We were supposed to be there for 15 nights and spent 6.and went home.The host asked us the first nightif we would be better off somewhere else when we asked to have some of the lights fixed and bloody towels disposed of and spider webs removed.We were committed with my handicap daughter so we tried to stay.You’re better off somewhere else.

Very enjoyable vacation

We had a great time in Regina at the condo. We rented 2 condos from Tanya and thoroughly enjoyed our time with our family friends. The pool in the complex was great for the kids, the condo is located within walking distance to all amenities and was all around a fantastic stay. Thanks to Tanya as well for quick and clear communication.

Great location and suite.

All you could ask for re kitchen supplies, TV, Wahing room 2 bathrooms with access to pool, spa and games room. BBQ pit to top things off. Only constructive critique would be furniture is too low for us older ones. Cheers.

A trip back home

Overall the place was great. My husband and I plus my mother all have mobility issues so the couch was not very usable for us. We had one issue but reached out to Tanya and she was great with communication and resolution. Overall we had a great time and experience.

Very impressed with this rental

Located in a clean and safe area of Regina. This rental was exactly what we wanted. Fairly new building. Has all kind of restaurants, shopping centers, groceries stores and gas stations nearby. If ever i go again to Regina, this is exactly the place i want to stay again. You're 15 minutes from everywhere. We were able to get in communication with the landlady prior our stay and during. Communication was quite easy. We truly enjoyed our stay

Comfortable, Spacious & Great Location

Nice place to stay and great location. Some confusion on directions to get in and park. Had difficulty with controlling heat. A few added small things i.e. salt & pepper, water bottles or beverages in fridge would have be nice to have. Some noise above us in early hours but all in all a nice place. Definitely would go back.

Tranquil Modern Apartment

The property has an upscale modern feel in a tranquil urban setting. Man-made waterways are inhabited by geese, pelicans and even a resident beaver. A stroll through the neighborhood on the pathways is very serene although it is close to town, restaurants and shopping. The property manager was very responsive. The apartment had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Underground parking is an added bonus.

Minor things missing

Nice condo except for a few missing things: no hand towels or face cloths, only small drinking glasses, only a couple of regular spoons, no filters for coffee pot, cobweb on kitchen table light fixture. Pool, beds, variety of pots and pans, dishes, serving utensils, chairs, underground parking were great. Couch hard to get out of and no buzzer to let guests into building were also minor inconveniences. Overall a pretty good experience for our first Vrbo stay. Will try others in the future.
