Le salon, le coin repas, la cuisine et la chambre avec lits superposés sont situés au 1er étage.

La chambre avec lits superposés comprend deux lits superposés pleine grandeur avec literie pour accueillir huit (8) enfants.

La cuisine est très spacieuse avec beaucoup d'armoires pour un rangement facile.
Il est entièrement approvisionné en casseroles, poêles et ustensiles de cuisine.
Cette cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un repas familial inoubliable.
La grande table de salle à manger, les sièges de bar et les sièges de terrasse extérieurs offrent de nombreux espaces pour que les clients puissent profiter d'un repas à la maison.

Property was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The only issue was the dryer took a couple of cycles to adequately dry the laundry. Would definitely recommend.

Here’s a polished version that keeps the review positive while making the feedback clear and fair:The house was exactly as listed, and we had a wonderful stay! The walk to the beach was extremely quick and easy, which was a huge plus. We especially appreciated having the garage to pull all of our beach gear into, the convenient outdoor shower, and the beautiful pool. We had three families sharing the house and felt there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable.A few things that would make the stay even better would be providing a few more basic supplies, such as extra dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. Our biggest area for improvement would be the mattresses. They seemed either older or lower quality, and the springs made them uncomfortable, particularly for anyone with back sensitivity. Updating the mattresses would make an otherwise excellent property even better.Overall, we really enjoyed the house, location, and amenities and would absolutely consider staying here again!

Beautiful spacious home 1/2 block from beach. There were 4 couples in our party and 1 single and there was plenty of room. Beautiful outdoor area with pool, hot tub, bbq and loungers. Highly recommend.

Second time staying there!

We love this house as it was our second time staying there! We just wish the bedroom on the first floor had a regular bed in it instead of bunk beds. It makes it hard for adults who want to stay on the first level to sleep downstairs. Also, an elevator would be ideal for handicapped visitors. Otherwise, always nice, thanks!

Great service and assistance provided by telephone. Very clean condos and completely ready for our stay. Also appreciate your patience with some of the stragglers that left about 1/2 hour late. We will be back next year.

Perfect for your SPI getaway

The townhome is very spacious, clean, and a short walk to the beach! My kids enjoyed the private pool as well! It was also in a quiet area yet close to restaurants and places to shop. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. SPI rentals team was excellent with communication and assisted promptly with any concerns during our stay.

With out a doubt our favorite place staying on the island ! We have been staying at the same house the last 15-18 yrs on the island but the owner went to VRBO and now it's managed by Seabatical ……this particular house met all our needs and we look forward to coming back and staying in the same house !
