Maison ultra moderne en bord de mer! 5108A est une maison élégante en bord de mer comprenant 5 chambres à coucher, 5 1/2 salles de bains et pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes. Franchissez le seuil de la porte et dirigez-vous vers une cuisine immaculée entièrement équipée, dotée d'appareils en acier inoxydable et d'un grand îlot central. Le plan d'étage à concept ouvert vous permet, à vous et à vos invités, de circuler dans la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon, ce qui en fait une maison idéale pour recevoir famille et amis. Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat et s'ouvre sur la piscine.

Le rez-de-chaussée comprend une chambre d'amis équipée d'un lit king-size et d'une salle de bains privative. Trois autres chambres avec lits King, Queen et Full, ainsi que leur propre salle de bain privée, sont situées au deuxième étage, avec la Suite Master et un espace de couchage supplémentaire avec un lit superposé de taille Twin, idéal pour les enfants ou les adolescents. La suite principale comprend un lit king size, une télévision à écran plat, un balcon privé en bord de mer et une salle de bain privée. La salle de bain dispose d'une incroyable baignoire, d'une douche à l'italienne, d'une grande vasque avec double vasque et d'un miroir de courtoisie bien éclairé.

Perfect pool and beach access

Sleeping Accommodations were very nice. Pool was perfect for younger grandchildren. Beach access was perfect. The kitchen had no hot water and only two burners worked in gas grill (reported and fixed by now.) All in all great place to stay during off season.

Quick Response and Great Service

Hot tub issue. Called they said they would have someone there in 30 minutes. It was actually less and it was fixed. Staff answered every question. And I had several. Very Happy with my stay and services provided.

The house was great and the layout worked perfectly for us. We loved the coastal feel, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. I really wanted to give this stay a 5‑star rating, but a few issues held it back. The front door lock broke, and although maintenance came out twice, we continued to have trouble opening and locking it. The upstairs master bedroom patio door also didn’t lock, and the house could really use blackout or sun‑blocking curtains in every room, it was impossible to sleep past sunrise. Even with the issues, we still had a great time in SPI.

This was a wonderful experience. The property is so clean and laid out so well. The air conditioner kept the place so cool and comfortable. The furniture is comfortable, the beds are great, the pool and hot tub were delightful. Everything was functional user friendly. During our stay we had a few small questions, so we simply texted the office and they responded within minutes. Top notch property. Can't wait to book this very place again!

The process of booking, check in & checkout was easy. Staff were friendly & helpful. The house was lovely-nicely decorated, very nice amenities. I was impressed with Viking kitchen appliances and cookware/dishes were plentiful for our group. Nice pool & hot tub, quick access to beach. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Amazing

Everything was great. The house was clean. Everything was as advertised. Rooms were very comfortable. Views were great. The ramp to the beach was very useful opposed to stairs. Kitchen appliances were a little finicky but we were able to troubleshoot and get things working properly. SPI staff was great with a work order on the pool. Issue was fixed within an hour. This is our third stay at this block of SPI homes and we will book again

Great place with pool, hot tub and ocean right out the back door. Big place with plenty of room for everyone. Had everything needed and was nicely furnished. Great place to stay.

Great location & accomodations!

Loved this rental - we shared it amongst 2 families... it's spacious, clean, and the location is top-notch. Our only criticism is that we felt the kitchen could have been stock better with cooking pots/pans.

Wonderful beach house for entire family

We met at SPI for a family reunion. What a wonderful house for all of us…grandparents, parents and grandchildren! The house is lovely, the pool was great, and being right next to the beach was incredible! Thank you to the SPI rental team, and the owners.

Great beach house

This was a great beach house to rent. The house was clean and well maintained. The location was fantastic and was walkable to many restaurants. The only minor issue we had was we had trouble getting the hot tub to warm up, short of that it was perfect.

This was our second year staying at this property. The location is great right on the gulf. The house is huge with 5 bedroom each one with there own bathroom. We had a great time with all our family able to visit over the two weeks.

Great Location

Place was clean and spacious. Perfect for our family. Cannot beat location for kids and adults. Appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards left in garage. We added umbrellas and some more boards.

Very nice home and location. The view of the Gulf of Mexico was outstanding and the sunrises as well. Stairs aren't my favorite but the little landing area helps.

Family Getaway

The location and view are spectacular. The living room furniture could use some updating. It took awhile to get hot water for dishes and shower, but it did get hot after waiting. The place was clean and the management company quickly responded to any concerns. Very spacious living area with large bedrooms were definitely a plus. Overall, we loved it and would stay here again.
