Property was awesome, everything you needed except beach towels was available and creamy for use. The pool area was just big enough and the BBQ even had a backup gas cylinder just in case! A/C worked like a champ and the views of the beach for sunrise was perfect. Definitely will stay at this property again.

This property was the perfect fit for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Access to the beach couldn't be easier and the pool is just the right size for adults to cool off in and kids to have a blast. With 3 floors and high ceilings, there are a lot of steps that might be a challenge for some. We're already planning our return trip!

We loved the place we stayed!! Tha amenities were great. We enjoyed the pool and the gulf being so close. Our host was super about getting back to us. We had a problem with the wifi not working the first 2 days but that was handled by Leslie!!We look forward to staying again sometime.

A great home with a great view. We were a group of 7 adults with 2 young kids. Plenty of room. I enjoyed not having to share a bathroom LOL. I only have 2 things and they aren’t about the house but a heads up for future renters. There aren’t any pool/beach towels so bring your own. And there isn’t a Keurig coffee machine. We had a wonderful stay and would def rent this home again! SPI was memorable, thank you!

This is a beautiful property across the street from the beach with great views off the balconies. The decor was beautiful and beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water with a large group, great AC, pool is perfect. Our main complaints were the number of bath towels for what the property sleeps. There were supposed to be 16 but I don’t know that there were and they were pretty small and scratchy. There also were very few glasses and wine glasses for what the property sleeps, Finally, communication with the host was an issue as the front door lock died while we were there, I called and left a voicemail and also sent a message through the app. I finally received a message back 2 hours later saying they would get someone out the next morning, which meant we couldn’t lock up when we left. I found the response time and the solution both to be unacceptable. Overall, it’s a great property and I might stay here again but I might also look around at other places instead knowing if I had an emergency, I would be on my own as far as support from the host.

The location of the property was fantastic. The beach access was literally across the street. The house accommodated three families comfortably. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals. Having access to the pool was a nice addition.

Great beach house

Plenty of room for 10 people. Enjoyed the pool in the mornings while it was shaded, and then took a short walk to the beach to play in the gulf in the afternoons.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

This property is beautiful! Well kept, gorgeously decorated and conveniently located right across the street the beach. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, the entire layout is perfect for a travel group. 10 out of 10, I strongly recommend. Will be returning soon!
