Aparthotel en plein cœur de Benidorm situé à 100 mètres de la plage de Poniente et 450 mètres de la plage de Levante.

Bâtiment récemment rénové conçu pour le plaisir de nos clients, dispose au total de 20 appartements d'une capacité de 3 et 5 personnes et dispose d'un ascenseur, accès à Internet (wifi), buanderie commune avec machines à laver, fer et table à repasser sans frais supplémentaires.



Tous les appartements disposent d'une terrasse, de la climatisation chaud et froid, d'une télévision, d'un réfrigérateur/congélateur, d'un micro-ondes, de vaisselle/couverts/ustensiles de cuisine, d'une cafetière, d'un grille-pain, d'une bouilloire, d'un sèche-cheveux, de literie et de serviettes. Il y a une place de parking optionnelle avec supplément juste dans le bâtiment d'en face (Mercadona). Tarifs Parking : 1 jour 22 euros, Semaine 97€, 10 jours 128€, 15 jours 148€, Mois 181€. À partir de 5 jours, l'abonnement hebdomadaire est avantageux. Le coût est payé au même parking.



-La remise des clés et l'enregistrement se font dans le même bâtiment 24h/24. Si vous avez besoin d'informations complémentaires, de vente de billets, de réservations directes ou si vous n'avez pas effectué l'enregistrement en ligne, notre bureau est situé avenue Rey Jaime I numéro 20, local 2, nom commercial BenidormBooking, en face du Burger King.

-Une caution de 200€ est retenue sur votre carte de crédit/débit.

-Enregistrement à partir de 16h30 (en haute saison, cela peut être retardé jusqu'à 18h00)

-Départ jusqu'à 11h00

-Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés moyennant un supplément de 10€ par nuit avec un minimum de 25€ par séjour et un maximum de 100€.

-Il est permis de fumer uniquement sur le balcon. Il est interdit de fumer à l'intérieur du logement.

Great, spacious apartment in a super location - fantastic value for money!

Great location in old town and close to everything. Spacious apartment that was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy too! All fab just struggled to open the front door but think we were pushing it too late after it buzzed!

very nice short break with family, 5 adults stayed for 3 nights in very large well equipt appartment

very large clean appartment, good location 1minute walk to beach, sunny balcony. smaller bedroom has no storage just 2 single beds.

Very good for short breaks in the centre for every thing.

Good location clean spacious apartment excellent terrace very secure door and environment . Smaller bedroom needs hanging rail for clothes.

A good central location and clean apartment with everything you need

Very cleans and a good central location. Had everything we needed You could hear a lot of noise from the flat above of children running around and crying at times wasn’t very sound proof.

We enjoyed our stay but the last night we had very little sleep due to noisy people in the other roo

Comfortable clean, You could hear the others in the other apartments late at night shouting and banging about. Also getting in and out of the lift late at night being noisy.

Huge apartment and excellent location

Great value for money, amazing location and the apartment was huge. The apartment could definitely do with mirrors as there was only one mirror in bathroom.

We had a good 3 days an could not fault the apartment and it’s location

It was central for everything very large apartment The only problem we had was when the man came to give us they keys , his personal hygiene needs to be addressed, as it was unpleasant, apart from that it was a good choice

Great location , value for money , large and clean apartment with good sized balcony. Would 100% recommend and would definitely return . Could have more mirrors and bedside furniture in bedroom . Better WiFi

Great apartment in the old town, very close to the harbour. Very spacious. Very clean. Lack of comfy seating in lounge. Apartment very sparce, eg no pics on walls.

fab, 2 mins walk from everything, large appartment

the location ,was great very well equipped kitchen clean large appartment balcony was great, massive main bedroom large bathroom beds were sooooo comfortable appartment was on floor 5 lift was right next to room but very quite so doesn't disturb you and was always available when needrd would definitely recommend and will definitely be useing again was fine for us as a couple as we had the main bedroom but if sharing with another couple there was no storagehanging space at all in the second bedroom , work been done on a room on level 1 noise was very loud, but didmt start till 8Ǟ.30 and not on the weekend, and wasn't the appartment we were in fault ,and will be done in a weekso so wouldn't put us off staying again

Perfect place for a weekend

Massive rooms. Centre of the old town. Had everything we needed for a weekend in Benidorm. There was nothing to dislike! Only little detail I'd mention is either the boilerthe Aircon unit (both situated on the large terrace) made a squeeking sound every few mins... I thought it could be trapped air in a pipe, my friend thought it was a bird lol But overall absolutely no complaints! Will visit again!
