Located near Porto Conte in Sardinia, just 2 km from the beautiful Baia di Conte beach, Podere Cala Viola offers 7 cozy, independent cottages created through the renovation of an old farmhouse built in the 1940s.
The house is located on the first floor and is nestled within the farm’s large garden, filled with olive and fruit trees. In the garden, you can enjoy the pool or relax in the hot tub. There is also a barbecue area for guests’ exclusive use, complete with a pizza oven. For the little ones, the Lisci family has created a lovely outdoor play area where fun is guaranteed. For those seeking relaxation, there’s also a spacious XL hammock. The residence also features a laundry area with state-of-the-art, eco-friendly washing machines.

Cala Vento House is the perfect vacation home for families with children.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, nightstands, and a closet; the other with a three-tier bunk bed—a French-style double bed (140 x 190 cm) on the bottom and a single bed on top. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with all the amenities, from a refrigerator to a microwave.
The bathroom has a window and is equipped with a shower and toilet.
Upon your arrival, you’ll find the bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens already carefully laid out.
The house also features two beautiful verandas, situated side by side. Both offer good privacy and a great view of the children’s play area. The verandas are furnished in a Mediterranean style. The larger one, with a natural jute roof, features a bamboo sofa and overlooks the garden, the Mediterranean scrub, and the vineyard beyond the estate.
The smaller veranda features wooden beams and a beautiful table where bread was once baked (mesa po’ pani, in Sardinian); it is the ideal spot for dining while enjoying the tranquility offered by the surrounding nature.

A short distance from the farm, you’ll also find a grocery store, a diving center, a pharmacy, and numerous agritourism properties and restaurants. For those seeking local products, many nearby farmers sell their fresh fruits and vegetables, including organic options. You can also sample the excellent wines from the famous Santa Maria la Palma winery (5 km). The residence is very close to the area’s most beautiful beaches (Cala Viola and Cala Porticciolo are a 1-minute drive away, Mugoni Beach is 2 minutes away, and Le Bombarde, Lazzaretto, and Porto Ferro are 5 minutes away). Other points of interest are also very close by, such as Capo Caccia, the Grotte di Nettuno, and numerous archaeological sites (a 5-minute drive). The historic center of Alghero is easily accessible in 15 minutes by car or bus. North of Alghero, Stintino—home to the famous “La Pelosa” beach—is about a 40-minute drive away. Alghero/Fertilia Airport is 7 km away, while the seaport of Porto Torres can be reached in about 30 minutes.
