Kingston Brighton 107 Renovated ocean view 1st fl

This 2 br condo is on the 1st floor of Brighton oceanfront building, located in Kingston Resort. It has been totally renovated with new master bathroom shower, flooring, new Paint, new furniture and new kitchen. There are beautiful views of the ocean that can be enjoyed from the living room, dining, kitchen, and both bedrooms. Free parking, and free high speed WiFi (200 Mbps) and linens included.
Please note: the entire Grand Strand coastline is undergoing a $72 million beach renourishment project from Dec 2025 to April 2026. The project is moving South along the shoreline from CherryGrove in NMB, to Myrtle Beach and to Surfside/Garden City. This affects multiple blocks at a time. Public access may be completely blocked due to heavy machinery and pipelines. Public may use the beach other than those work zone area.
Can be combined with Brighton 0107G Studio to make a 3 Br condo.

The Brighton Tower is an oceanfront 21 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

* 2026 Winter Projects now in process for the complex and may affect balcony use, access, view, and/or closure during your stay.

* Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool tickets)

Love this place

Enjoyed watching the breathtaking ocean view with the sun come up from the condo every morning. Walking on the beach, I felt very safe in the Kingston Plantation. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The accommodations were beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and we had everything we needed.

Property was excellent. Beautiful condo and Very clean. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Only downfall was the hot tub was never hot. Owner was excellent to work with. Will definitely be back.

Highly recommend!

Ideal location, central to North Myrtle and Myrtle Beach. The condo is ocean front, and you could sit on balcony and just watch and smell the ocean. We enjoyed the walks on the beach and breathtaking sunrises. This is a beautiful and clean condo!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC STAY

My wife and I stayed 5 nights. We had an absolutely fantastic stay! This was by far the cleanest unit we've stayed in-spotless from top to bottom. It was so comfortable, and we truly felt right at home. The décor was beautiful, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay effortless & enjoyable. Communication with the owners was excellent-they were responsive, friendly & made sure we had a great experience. We will definitely be staying here again !!!!

Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo. The space was clean, modern, and very well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the furniture was cozy, and the layout made it feel both spacious and inviting. The location is fantastic-beside two restaurants and between Myrtle & NMB. The building itself is secure and well-kept with convenient covered parking. You can sit on the balcony and watch the waves of the ocean. The condo felt like home away from home. We highly recommend it to anyone!!!

AWESOME!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this condo! Everything that you needed, even beach umbrella and chairs. It is located on the beach with a side view. Music was playing at the pool and Black Drum that we could hear on the balcony, but it was not to loud. It was Beautifully decorated, new furniture and appliances. Sunrises were fantastic. We wanted to stay longer!!

Truly Enjoyed

We truly enjoyed our stay at Kingston Plantation, Brighten Tower 107. The experience was excellent from start to finish, with easy check-in and a welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. It is between Myrtle and North Myrtle. It is close to Tanger Outlet Mall and Barefoot and lots of great places to eat! Overall, a fantastic stay-we will definitely return!

Updated and Beautiful Condo

We have stayed at Kingston several times in the past. This condo is by far the best looking one we have stayed in. You have a side view over the roof to the pool and Black Drum and can see the ocean too. The INSIDE of the condo is amazing. Appears to be a newly renovated kitchen and master bathroom. Several areas to sit in the living room for a large family. We had 6 people with us and there was plenty of room to lounge around, play cards/games, etc. We stayed for a week and it felt like a home away from home. Kingston is a great place to stay, but THIS condo is top notch. (they do not all look like this one)

Brighton Tower has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrises from the balcony and the evenings for awesome sunsets.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
