Spacious, private, good location, great staff, relaxing and value for money.

We stayed for a girls week and had a great time here. Close enough to shops etc but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Plenty of room, private and a great pool. Budi can cook you an awesome breakfast and can help with anything you need. Dek is very helpful and happy and will help make your stay awesome. Recommend for larger groups as there are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

a spacious and clean villa, the facilities are also complete with a little repair will be perfect. thank you Budi and Dek for the good service, making us comfortable staying there

White Angel

9 of us stayed there for 8 nights. Location is great, near lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Lots of space in the house with 6 bedroom. Only issue we had was, first night we arrived around midnight and around 3 am the water shut off for good 2 hours and water pressure in the showers upstairs were low most of the time. Other then that it was a great place.

Best Experience

The property was amazing the whole family loved it. The house stayed cleaned at all times due to the amazing staff especially the housekeeper or charwoman unfortunately I forgot her name as I have a gold fish memory but her name starts with “K” and she was absolutely amazing. Gede was also another employee and he was brilliant. Alex the property owner he was extremely helpful by providing me all the information we need in our journey. This villa was truly amazing and will definitely book it again and I certainly recommend it.

6 Bedroom Villa

We went to Bali for a 40th Birthday & wedding anniversary. The property was quite large and easily accommodated the 10 Adults & 2 Teenagers. The service from the housekeeper Kudek & property manager Gede was fantastic and they went above and beyond. Our birthday girl also received a lovely, unexpected flower arrangement for her birthday. Perfect villa for large groups/multiple families as all bar 1 bedroom has it's own bathroom/toilet.

Lovely Spacious 6 bedroom villa

We rented the villa for a special birthday there were 8 adults and 1 teenager. The property was very spacious. There was plenty of room for people to have their own space. The housekeeper Dek was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She did a wonderful job cooking and looking after us. The manager Gede was amazing also I received flowers for my birthday which was so special. Thankyou. If I had to say anything negative it would be if you having trouble with mobility the villa does have quite a lot of steps and trying to walk on polished tiles without railings was quite tricky. The villa was in a lovely quiet street but the downfall was you had to organise transport to wherever you going. You couldn’t easily walk to places. But otherwise it was a great stay if you have a large group of people.

Dear Catherine, We are happy you enjoyed your stay in our villa. We have anti-slip mats everywhere around the pool, so it is not a big problem to walk around. If you live on the ground floor, you have precisely 4 steps; if you live on the upper floor, you have more steps. About the transport, Bali is a big island and of course you need a car to go there, you can easy walk to the beach it is 15 min. Alex

Incredible staff that made the trip easy and relaxed

The staff, Dek and Gede made our Holiday.-Dek was incredible, helpful, kind, and considerate. It was sad leaving her.-Gede the property manager went above and beyond to ensure our villa was to what we needed, orgnaising pool fencing, set up balloon and even got a cake and flowers for the birthday girl.-The location was nice, easy to walk to food and stores, easy to get a cab elsewhere.Negatives: the neighbours. Oh gosh, it made me anxious and felt I could not relax. Next door was another villa complex, possibky 2-3 homes that could see directly to our yard, pool, living area and one room. This was not too bad, however we had 3 noise complaints during our stay which was disappointing. We had 8 children aged 3-12 years with us, we spent at most 1 hour in the pool in tje morning (between hours of 7:30-10am) and in the late afternoon up to an hour. The rest of the time we were out enjoying Bali. Two different afternoons, we had been in the pool approx 30 minutes we had a neighbour complain about the noise with the kids just playing, i dont feel we were in the pool and loud enough to warrant that. On our last night, the stall up the street were letting off fire works in a vacant block, we decided to purchase 4 fireworks and do this as well, in the vacant block, approx 2 minutes of noise from us, we received a phone call instantly. I think some sort of arrangement needs to be made with the neighbours as we certainly werent loud, or even at the villa long.
