Cette charmante maison, située à quelques rues à pied du spectaculaire mile + de la plage du lac Michigan, de dunes naturelles et de sentiers de randonnée dans la réserve naturelle de North Point, présente un magnifique plan d'étage ouvert sur deux niveaux spacieux (total ). Toutes les pièces des deux niveaux disposent de grandes fenêtres laissant entrer beaucoup de lumière naturelle et offrant une vue sur les denses arbres environnants.

Le niveau principal comprend un grand salon voûté avec une belle cheminée en pierre naturelle, de nombreux fauteuils moelleux et une télévision à écran plat 65 pouces; une salle à manger avec une table de "pique-nique" pour 8 à 10 personnes; une cuisine gastronomique avec appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, y compris cuisinière à gaz Thermador, coin salon pour quatre personnes et sièges de bar pour la préparation des repas, planchers de bois franc dans le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine, terrasse privée et aménagée avec table pour quatre, chaise longue (recherchez des étoiles filantes la nuit) et barbecue à gaz et la chambre des maîtres (TV à écran plat) avec salle de bain complète attenante.

Le niveau inférieur, ouvert au niveau principal par un large escalier central, comprend la salle de jeux / salle familiale avec table de billard, air hockey, basketball pour deux personnes, grand téléviseur à écran plat et un coin salon spacieux et attrayant; deux chambres; spacieuse salle de bain complète; tapis roulant; et laveuse et sécheuse.

La maison se trouve sur un terrain plus grand avec de grands pins et un feu de camp surplombé par le pont au niveau principal. Votre location comprend plusieurs vélos de croisière de taille adulte pour adultes, idéaux pour aller à la plage ou en ville, ou pour explorer la piste cyclable pavée très fréquentée qui relie Charlevoix à Petoskey et au-delà (à un pâté de maisons de la maison).

Wonderful

Our fourth summer in this beautiful home. It’s even better than the photos! Plenty of space for our family of five and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need (bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, great kitchen) and walkable to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. We love staying here!

Beautiful home. We loved it!

This was a beautiful home away from home. Very spacious, neat and clean. Owner was very easy to work with and quick to communicate with. We loved having the bikes available and enjoyed a fire in the pit. We enjoyed Charlevoix and being so close to Lake Michigan to ride to watch sunsets and look for Petoskey stones in the evening. We had 5 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room and a few extra beds. Thanks!

Excellent property, professional management

This property was perfect for our large family. Everything was within 10 minutes of the house. Lake Michigan is a couple blocks away, Lake Charlevoix a mile. Big kids loved riding bikes into downtown Charlevoix and hitting the shops. Especially the fudge shop. Andrew was excellent to communicate with, arguably the best property owner I've ever dealt with. Thanks for that! House was super clean and we had everything we needed. There are a couple grocery stores within a few miles of the house. Made our meals a the house, kitchen had literally everything we needed - including a French press. We will definitely stay here again!

Another Lovely Stay

This is our 2nd time staying in this home and we would not hesitate to reccomend it. It is very clean, spacious, comfortable and filled with thoughtful amenities. It is in the very quiet McSauba area, close to the beach and trails. Extremely enjoyable.

Fantastic Home

Our third summer renting this property and it is always wonderful! Beautiful house with wonderful amenities (bikes, grill, pool table) and walking distance to the best beach in Charlevoix. Andy the owner is so responsive and pro-actively checks in to make sure we have everything we need. We hope to return for many summers to come!

Wonderful Home

We first rented this property in the summer of 2020 and immediately booked it again for 2021! The home is beautiful and spacious with everything you could possibly need (bikes, beach chairs, games, books and a well stocked kitchen). The location is perfect. Short walk to a beautiful, uncrowded beach and an easy bike ride to town. Andy the owner is terrific. Very responsive and has thought of every detail. Would highly recommend a stay at this property!

Family friendly

We had four adults and four kids for the stay. We like to find vacation homes that are nice, but also family friendly and this house fits that type. Kids loved the game room. The main floor is open and nice for cooking while having group games or talking. The location isn’t right on a beach, but it’s walkable if you aren’t carrying a bunch of stuff. If we were taking chairs and coolers we took one car and the kids walked. The downtown is a short drive.

Fun in Charlevoix

We vacationed with our two adult daughters and son in law. Two friends joined us midweek. This house has so much room to spread out and relax, eat together at one table, and we enjoyed two nights with a bonfire in backyard joined by a fawn. The guys golfed, ladies shopped and went to beach. Son in law biked the nearby trail to Harbor Springs twice. We always enjoy the restaurants and clean beaches, plus a sunset sail on the Sunshine Charter! After admiring the Mushroom houses for years, we enjoyed the tour this year. This house was a great fit for all the nearby activities, but also for unwinding and relaxing each evening!

I had a had a very nice stay at this property with my wife and two children, boys 8 and 11. Location and amenities were great. The boys loved the game room in the basement. Owner was very responsive with questions while we were there.

Highly recommend this property! The house has a “home away from home” vibe , comfortable in every way. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need and so much more! There is a great selection of games and puzzles which we enjoyed very much. The location of the home is perfect if you are looking for a quite and peaceful vacation , due to its location in a residential neighborhood. The beach down the street in the nature point is absolutely beautiful, we walked there almost every morning and enjoyed the sunset there in the evening as well. Most importantly I was very impressed by how clean this house was!! We look forward to visiting here again in the future!

House and location are a total delight!

House is a delight and was perfect for our family. The location can’t be beat with the beach just a short way away. We explored the area on the provided beach cruiser bikes.House is well appointed with a beautiful kitchen.and many areas to lounge about. Host communications were very smooth. We already made reservations for a longer stay next year. Looking forward to coming back!

Home with everything!

This is the second time we have stayed at this home and it is by far one of our favorites! Very well maintained home with plenty of space for lots of family/friends. We love playing all the games in the basement, spreading out with multiple televisions, grilling/hanging on the back deck, and cooking s'mores around the fire pit. We hiked Mt McSauba and the nature preserve and also spent time at the beach - all right at the end of the street! It is also an easy bike trip into town. We will stay again!
