Situé sur 10 acres de terrain, juste en haut de la route depuis votre propre accès à la plage du lac Charlevoix et votre quai privé, repose votre escapade au Four Seasons Cottage. Construit en 1969, cette maison Up North a la sensation rétro Cottage avec une touche de modernité du milieu du siècle et beaucoup de confort et de charme. Le salon spacieux, éclairé par les baies vitrées, propose 2 canapés super confortables, un fauteuil inclinable et des sièges rembourrés à la baie vitrée pour la famille. Cuisine entièrement équipée ainsi qu'un poêle à bois pour les soirées où un feu romantique est nécessaire pour vous détendre. Chambre des maîtres avec salle de bain en bas en bas. L'escalier en colimaçon menant au grenier géant à l'étage divisé en deux zones de couchage équipées d'une demi-salle de bain et de 5 lits simples, d'une grande table pour les jeux et les activités, de tapis et de deux armoires portatives. À seulement 1 minute à pied de la maison en bas de la route de votre quai privé avec accès au lac. Bateau ponton en option disponible sur demande. (Crête de 25 pieds, moteur EFI Mercury à quatre temps 60 ch, 12 places) L'emplacement est unique en son genre. L'allée privée se trouve au pied de l'emblématique ferry Ironton et juste en face du restaurant Landing, le premier lieu de restauration en bord de mer du lac Charlevoix. À 8 km du centre-ville de Charlevoix, à 11 km de Boyne City et à seulement 5 km de Castle Farms, la destination de mariage du nord du Michigan. Un emplacement idéal pour les quatre saisons, de profiter de rondes de golf sur l'un des nombreux parcours luxuriants de la région, à profiter d'heures interminables sur le magnifique lac Charlevoix. Embrassant le paysage d'hiver avec 10 acres pour le ski de fond, la raquette, la motoneige et le poisson des glaces, et un court trajet en voiture jusqu'à Boyne Mountian. Fun House & Great Location

The house was clean and as described in the listing. My kids loved the private beach. Being able to walk onto the ferry and ride across for dinner or ice cream sandwiches was great. We would love to stay here again!

Full of character

This cute, cozy cottage is full of character! Everything we needed was included. It was the perfect place for 4 friends to get away and catch up. It is very close to the ferry for easy access to Charlevoix, which was so fun to take! I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful relaxing area

The property is nice, a little misleading, as the water front beach area is almost a block away, but it is beautiful. Lots of upstairs space, but very narrow staircase and beds are not the most comfortable. Overall a nice stay, but more creature comforts would be a great addition.

Vintage cottage, Vintage motif

Cabin is set in a quiet rural area on a large lot, a fire pit out back with plenty of firewood. Just 2 of us, so we didn’t utilize the 5 beds upstairs. A nice vinyl collection with a great turntable sound system. We’ll definitely be back.

June 2023 Stay

Main issue was house was 600 ft from lake instead of advertised. Included crossing the sometimes very busy Ferry Rd with young kids. Freezer was iced solid and did not work. Master bedroom sliding door was off its track and not usable. Refrigerator had food left in fridge. Beach was adequate but had rocks in some areas; kids enjoyed spending time there. There was a beach-side deck with table and chairs. Tied our boat to the pier which was adequate. Beds, TV, fire pit and wood were all fine. Lots of evening fires. Price was good for the area.

600 feet! Not at all. After reading your review I went over to the property and measured the beach entrance up to the driveway of the house. 369ft. Took me a one minute and 17 seconds. I’d never would false advertise or try to mislead anyone in any way. I do apologize for the freezer. That’s my mistake. I overlooked that. As far as food in the refrigerator, I do leave condiments such as mustard and ketchup as well as a few beers and a couple gallons of water, but by no means do I ever leave any sort of food. I am glad that your boat worked well with the dock. Guests love the convenience of being able to dock up to either the dock or mooring ball saving them countless trips back and forth to the boat launch. It is unfortunate that you had such bad weather during your stay. You didn’t get to see the true beauty of what this area has to offer. You and your family are definitely welcome back next summer so you can see the full potential of this beautiful area.

Loved the location

Nate was very helpful and courteous. Check in was easy and owner was on hand or a phone call away to help out with any questions. Just a few items to mention for this cottage. Kitchen is sparse for cooking supplies or entertaining kitchen items, and appliances need to be updated, they were not working correctly but we worked it out. We also went to thrift store to buy some items to use for our stay. So be prepared to bring items from home if you plan on cooking at the cottage. Other than that it was cute, great location, we loved the private beach and the yard was excellent. The zen garden was an added bonus. The ferry was easy to get on and off. And our friends live close by so overall it was convenient to what we needed it for. It’s a great property and would highly recommend the whole compound for large family stays!!!!!

Great place!

This was a great rental. House was fun and had a lot of character. The beach area was really good and plenty of space to swim and have our two kids run around. It was fun to ride the ferry and check out the Landing restaurant! Nate is an awesome host. Very responsive and understanding of needs. Overall a really great place.

Terrific stay in East Jordan

We had a blast staying at this property. It is close to the water and the beach is great. Our kids enjoyed the beach, the backyard, and the 'zen garden'. The Zen garden was a highlight of my kids' trip. The Ironton ferry is closeby and you can be in Charleovoix in 15mins. Nate is excellent and so responsive. He did everything to make our trip unforgettable and fun. We had an amazing weekend!

Cozy and warm.

Ideal location well kept.Wish we could have went well the pontoon boat was still available. Owner was there to greet us and give information on the house. I would stay again in dryer warmer weather.

Nice quiet cottage

Peaceful property. Short walk to the water. It felt like trips I took to as a kid. There was enough space for my family to spread out inside. In the middle of a few towns just s short drive away. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to Nate for being available to us and not "hovering" We would recommend any of these properties and will stay again in the future.

Great place to stay to ski! Roomy, clean and great loft area

Less than 20 Min to Boyne Mountain. Clean and Lots of room. Loft area with 5 beds, bathroom and table to hang out! Downstairs master and bathroom and kitchen with everything you need and living room with plenty of seats! Communication great with owner! Would stay here again.
