Mareverde.Gorgeous beachfront cottage with pool and very close to the sea access

Mareverde is a splendid seafront cottage with a pool on the La Franchina property, nestled in one of the most beautiful stretches of cliffs in Salento.
In a natural oasis, known for its salt roads, and surrounded only by the sea, cliffs, and stone trulli.

From June 1st, the beautiful above-ground pool will be open for guests' use.
The sea is a 50-meter walk from the house.
La Franchina consists of a total of three cottages.
MARE VERDE is the one on the left and has a double bedroom, a small bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower, and window; a living room/kitchen with a table and chairs, where an extra sun lounger (with a net) can be added.
What makes it particularly pleasant is the charming private veranda equipped with a barbecue, awning, a table for 4, a swing, two sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a hammock hung from a majestic, centuries-old olive tree in the center of the veranda. This is the real living room, where you spend almost all your time.

Please note: there is no phone signal, and the Wi-Fi signal is weak at certain times of the day.

The sea view, needless to say, is superb.

The rustic garden, sloping down to the cliffside among centuries-old holm oaks and olive trees, offers wonderful shady corners for relaxation. There is another large, shared seafront terrace here, equipped with a wood-fired oven, barbecue, sun loungers, and hammocks. The coastline in front, just a few dozen meters away, is rocky, but the sea is easily accessible via old paths known in dialect as 'mazzacane', 'varchicedda', and 'scalamasciu'.
