Set in the sought-after Belgravia neighbourhood, just a short walk from Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace, this comfortable three-bedroom apartment offers a convenient base for exploring central London. Spread across the ground and lower ground floors of a classic Victorian building, it’s a great fit for families or groups of up to seven guests.
The apartment features two king-size bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, plus a third double bedroom. The spacious living and dining areas are perfect for gathering after a day out, while large windows fill the space with natural light.
Guests will also enjoy modern conveniences including air conditioning units, smart TVs, fibre Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy home-cooked meals.

For the first welcome in walk we were greeted by a filthy carpet and funky smell. The carpet was stained throughout the house.The kitchen is old, plastic covers, peeling off cabinets and steel wool holding the washing machine in place. A few tea/coffee cups and glasses but other than that, it’s slim pickings. One tea towel for a week stay? One paper towel, and a few rolls of toilet paper. We had to go out and buy all. Expect hotel provisioning. The dishwasher leaked all over the floor when we used it. Toilets don’t flush and blinds don’t open. One towel and hand towel per person, no face booths or extra towels. The linens were clearly professionally laundered but the extra blankets on the bed were dirty, we had to wash them to use to cover the dirty couches and pillows which have not recently been cleaned. The location is great, showers were hot but this is just not what is shown.Finally, we had problems with the keyless entry, code was reset and we were not notified, thankfully we had someone in the apartment to let us in. Second incident, the battery ran out, so again, if we had not had someone in the apartment to get in we would have been locked out after a long day of London time.Disappointing and I feel sorry to leave this detail but you need to know before you go!

The unit's carpeting is awful! stains/dirty everywhere you did not want to put your feet on the carpet. The toilets did not flush properly the toilet paper would not go down the clothes dryer did not dry the clothes it kept shutting off. Tile floor in kitchen cracked. A weird musty smell in the whole unit.There were barley enough glasses for our group of 6. Just overall run down. We had to buy more toilet paper and paper towels. We stayed 8 nights. Only positive is the location but I don't think they can continue to bank on the location anymore its really not worth it. I would not stay here again.

Great location for family holiday!

We traveled to the UK for a family spring break holiday and enjoyed six(6) nights exploring the city, visiting world landmarks, taking in a football match and just getting lost on purpose. This flat is perfectly located to all that London has to offer. Victoria station is a 5-minute walk for all your transportation needs. Communication from the property management team was good. Entry upon arrival was a small challenge due to arriving slightly before the posted ‘check-in’ time. We were promptly assisted via the contact # provided. The flat’s main floor is open with plenty of seating. If traveling from the US, might be worth bringing your own amazon/roku stick as the TV was tricky for us to operate. Kitchen is stocked with the main cooking utensils. ‘Charles’ is a small grocery store just down the block or Sainsbury at Victoria station has a larger selection for food & beverage needs. There is no coffee grinder which might be an added touch in the future. I would suggest investing in larger bath towels. The six provided could cover an infant and hardly a grown adult. Having seen this comment from a previous guest, we traveled with our own and thankful we did. Carpets are in need of a steam clean but not terrible.Overall, we were very happy with this property and it’s location.

Perfect location and support

We loved this apartment whose location and comfort could not have been better Adam and his team promptly addressed any issues we had and resolved them. Extremely comfortable living area with plenty of comfy seating for us to gather. The finishes are a bit shabby and could use some minor repairs. There was no manual which we have always found in this price rental and would have been a nice support for understanding technology. The microwave is too high for safety, the kitchen door needs a prop so you can pass with full hands..we used the trash bin. The Charles grocer in the next block was most convenient. And 2 blocks to Victoria station made logistics a breeze.

Ideal Posh Location

Our family of 5 adults recently stayed in this Begravia apartment and had a wonderful time in London. We were within easy walking distance of Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and many of the international Embassies in London. Pinch me! We felt like Royalty! The apartment was nice, the bed and bathroom linens were clean, but overall the place needed a true deep cleaning (dirty compressed carpet, etc.) and maybe repair/replace some decor items (throw pillows and small rugs were dirty and dingy) - everything just seemed a little tired and worn out. The middle bedroom had a very comfortable bed, but we found the bed in the primary bedroom (with the ensuite bathroom) hard and uncomfortable. (We ended up sleeping on the couches upstairs, which were much better!) The toilets had slow flushing issues, the showers were tepid or cold. But the heat worked well and the place was cozy and warm on the cold January days we were there. The kitchen is handsome and mostly had the necessary cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, etc. we needed. But there weren't any hot pads, kitchen towels, or even salt & pepper, so be prepared to pick up ALL the basic food stuffs you need. Would we stay there again? Yes, I think we would! The owner seemed very responsive to my feedback, and if he follows up on the suggestions, the place would be perfect.

Great property - highly recommend

Great property with a fantastic location. Walking distance to many attractions, Victoria Underground (providing access to all of London) and Victoria Coach station (providing access to locations such as Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, Oxford, etc.). Highly professional and responsive property managers who resolved all issues very quickly. Early check-in was a nice perk.

This place is a great location. The apartment can use some upgrades

This apartment is all about the LOCATION! The apartment itself is not stocked well and needs a lot to TLC (many cabinets are broken, tiles cracked, toilets back up constantly). When calling about issues, someone came out but nothing really got done. For the price I would have thought it would be in a little better shape and better stocked (we literally had one towel per person and none in the half bath to dry hands, minimal soap or basic supplies)

Spacious flat in excellent location!

This property was perfect for a multi-generational girls trip. It was ideal for us to be able to utilize the tube, see the sights, grab takeaway for supper, and then have our own space in the evenings if we wanted. Three short blocks from Victoria Station which gives easy access to everything. It was comfortable and clean. I’d gladly stay there again. Much better option than three hotel rooms.

Great location in quiet upscale neighborhood

This apartment was spacious and comfortable for the family. Location in Belgrave was close to local dining and 5 minute walk to underground station Victoria. The owner was very helpful and was easy to communicate with for check-in, etc.

Amazing place with an amazing location

This is a beautiful flat with lots of room. The neighborhood has held prior Mozart, Chopin, Margaret Thatcher, and many other famous people. The streets are lined with Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Range Rovers, and the like.

Property needs attention.

I was very reluctant to book this property due to no reviews on VRBO. While the location couldn’t be better and this apartment is spacious with great potential, it is sadly neglected in many ways. Broken floor tiles, window shades that are falling apart, aging, thin, inner-spring (literally metal coil!) mattresses on two of the three beds, and a kitchen without basic equipment like a corkscrew and a spatula, subtract from the experience. The management was quite responsive to our requests, so it could have been worse, but the freezer icemaker doesn’t function at all, and a room air conditioner isn’t properly vented outside so that running it makes the temperature in the bedroom RISE. The “patio” mentioned in the listing has no furniture, so that’s kind of a joke: what are you supposed to do, sit on the synthetic turf floor? With such a great location and plenty of space, we still had a good time, but renter beware: this company has a long way to go before they can call this a premium property. I found the same apartment listed on the management company's own site for ONE-THIRD what I paid, and even that seems too much per night for such mediocrity. It feels cynical. I guess they can get away with it in Belgravia. I will undoubtedly return to Belgravia and perhaps a VRBO property, but I will try to avoid My City Residence if at all possible.
