Regarding the check-in process, as we are a vacation rental property and not a hotel, appointments are necessary to ensure a smooth arrival experience for all guests. We hope you understand this. In fact, we also have to respond regarding the incident during your check-in. You got lost in Rome and started insulting the staff saying it was our fault and the unclear instructions to get to us. When you were shown the VRBO messages in which it was clear that you had taken the wrong train from the one indicated in the emails, you no longer responded. It is unacceptable for a guest to verbally attack members of our staff. We expect all guests to behave with respect and courtesy, as our staff works diligently to provide excellent service. Furthermore, this stay also encountered difficulties with your payment method and delay in finalizing the transaction. We try to provide clear instructions and assistance to guests throughout the booking process. In conclusion, we appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our services.
