That apartment was in an amazing location, close to everything but also quiet enough. We really enjoyed our stay and all the amenities the apartment offered. Paolo was amazing to deal with and i would absolutely recommend booking his apartment!

The property was lovely.We truly enjoyed our Rome vacation with the eight of us. Location was fabulous.Only wish we had walked around a bit more as there are so many great food options. Clean, comfortable rooms. Washer and dryer. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We had a great stay! The apartment was in a fantastic location in Prati and had tons of room for our group of six. Everything was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we needed for our time in Rome.The only minor issue we had was figuring out how to properly adjust the hot water, which could be a little tricky. Other than that, everything was great. We really enjoyed the location, the spacious apartment, and our stay overall. Would definitely recommend!

BOOK THIS VRBO NOW!!We had an excellent stay and cannot recommend it enough. Paolo is an amazing and attentive host!! We enjoyed the gelato place he recommended close by, and the location of the VRBO itself was walking distance to a lot of the destinations we had planned to visit!! The apartment itself was lovely and very beautiful!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was large enough for all seven in our group, Well-equipped with all necessary items (towels, blankets, pillows, a/c) and was in a great Rome location. High ceilings and beautifully decorated, it was comfortable and cozy to spend time in after a long day of touring around the town. Paolo, our host, was quick to respond to questions and made everything so easy for checking in and out. And the BEST gelato restaurant right around the corner is a must have! Thank you for making our trip to Rome a memorable one. Your home is lovely and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Paolo is a wonderful host. He arranged transportation for our large group from and to the airport. Anytime I sent a message with a question he responded within a few minutes. We really enjoyed our stay.

Paola was an amazing host in terms of assistance and communication. Eclectic decor but all the amenities needed for a group of 6, an excellent location for exploring Rome and having air conditioning and laundry was a lifesaver!

Paolo was very easy to work with. We had a group of 10. The apartment was perfect for our group. Then A/C and laundry were much appreciated as it was extremely hot (record heat wave) during our stay. Cleaning our sweaty clothes before boarding the cruise ship was a necessity. Location was perfect and we used buses to get around. The stop was very close to the building. Gelato and coffee shop on the block were amazing. Markets for snacks and such also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

I was debating a rating of between good and excellent, but chose excellent because of a large number of amazing positives. Positives Paolo, the owner, was absolutely outstanding. He was prompt with communicating whenever I had a question. He was extremely pleasant and helpful, even helping us with cab arrangements from the airport, and subsequently to the cruise ship and the airport after the cruise. The pricing of the cabs and amazing drivers were awesome. The location of the VRBO is simply the best. A quiet and safe area on the northwest corner of the historical district of Rome with easy walking access to everywhere in the historical area. We had six people so this unit was absolutely perfect with three bedrooms and each having its own bathroom, a rarity in much of Europe. A five second walk away is by far the best gelato shop. Large, tons of awesome flavours, and very friendly staff.The only negatives, and these really are minor in the grand scheme of things, is: 1) the unit is way too cluttered with many nick knacks, especially in the kitchen; and 2) getting warm or hot water for the showers was impossible. Lots of hot water for all sinks though. As a great positive in the heat of Rome, the air conditioning worked really well.Paolo, you are an amazing host with lots of great experience in helping your clients. Don't change. Your warm personality & genuine interest in ensuring our amazing stay at your home and our travels through Rome and elsewhere was outstanding!

Great stay. It's five flights up to the apartment but there is an elevator. Less than 10 minutes to the subway, but you can walk to most neighborhoods easily as well.

We stayed in this property as a group of 7 the weekend of the Rome marathon.This place is quirky, has a lot of charm and is a very large space for the number of people, with a huge lounge. The fourth bedroom is separated from the lounge by a curtain, which was absolutely fine for our group.I would thoroughly recommend this property and we would happily stay there again.

Lovely spacious apartment plenty of room for 6 people Although it could be tidied up a bit as some of the cupboards were full of things not useful for us and the chest of drawers in end bedroom was full of junkThe bathtub jacuzzi function did not work sadly But in saying that we were more than happy with the layout Paulo was very helpful and booked us taxis to and from the airport which I recommend as it was very reasonable and great at the end of a long day

Hi Hannah, There must be something left in a drawer. Okay. The Jacuzzi has been tested works perfectly. Unfortunately, the button was stuck. Now I need to install a small tube to connect a more convenient start button. Thank you for the review. I've taken note of everything.

Very spacious for a family of 6. Host was very helpful with setting up transportation from the airport to the apartment. Location was very convenient to metro and historic sites. Daniel was very helpful with getting the apartment clean and helped locate local grocery store. Highly recommended. Would stay here again.
