LARGE AND ELEGANT 5-BEDROOMS APARTMENT - RENOVATED IN APRIL 2026.

Gemma is the perfect accommodation for groups and can host up to 13 guests. An apartment with a refined design, consisting of:

- A welcoming living room with TV, seating for ten at the dining table, and a double sofa bed.

- A separate, functional, and fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dining table for four, perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a quick lunch.

- Five bedrooms for excellent rest: four double bedrooms, one of which has a smaller double bed (French bed), plus a triple bedroom consisting of a double bed and a single bed. One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom.

- Three elegant, new, and modern bathrooms.

The apartment is located on the third floor of an elegant building with elevator. Please note that there are 4-5 steps before reaching the elevator.
