From its peaceful location in the wetland nature reserve Albufereta, Catalina d'en Picarol Gran offers you fantastic views that get lost in the distance towards the peninsula of Formentor(Pollença) on one hand and on the other towards Alcudia.

It is located just 600 meters from Pollença's Bay Beach. Another is the fact that it is within 5 km of the three major urban centers in the north of the island, Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia.

The house is ideal for couples or small families who want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside whilst having the amenities offered in the city center just in a few minutes.

It is a rural house that, however, have all the amenities you may need.

It’s a beautiful villa! Photos don’t do it justice. Private and secluded, beautiful big pool, spotless. Very helpful utility room with washing machine. Two spacious bedrooms with storage. Tasteful and traditional decoration. Just over 5 minute drive into Pollenca port and old town - as others have said, a car is necessary. Thank you Pablo, we had a wonderful time!

We had a fantastic stay at this holiday home in Mallorca. The house was spotless, fully equipped, and truly felt like everything had been thought of. The pool was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The location is wonderfully quiet, yet still very close to town — ideal if you’re looking for peace without being far from restaurants and shops. A car is definitely needed, but parking was easy.Communication with Pablo was excellent; he was friendly, responsive, and made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Accommodation in an Excellent location for exploring the north of the Island. The Villa was clean and well kept, with everything needed for the stay. The pool and outside area well laid out, with a lovely sociable eating & BBQ area.

This property is a dream. So unusual to have this size property with such beautiful outdoor areas and a wonderful pool. It is the best equipped property we have stayed in and so we ate "at home" more than we went out. The interior is so comfortable and has a country charm to it but still up to the minute. The beds were very comfortable, lashings of hot water and every piece of equipment and towels that you need apart from for the beach. So convenient for Puerta Pollensa and Alcudia but the whole island is accessible if you have a car or book trips. You do need a car as the villa is off a country road although we did get a taxi one evening for dinner in Puerto Pollensa. Pablo is very friendly and returns messages very quickly and to offer help with any questions. We will come back one day I am sure. Highly recommended.

Lovely, quiet finca

I had a great stay in Pablo's little finca. Surrounded by fields but less than 10 minutes to the supermarket and to Port Pollenca. Nice pool, peace and quiet. And thanks to Pablo's wife for the lovely eggs from their chickens. Thinking of booking another week late Summer!

Perfect quiet villa outside of Puerto Pollensa

We absolutely loved our stay at Finca Cap Redo! The villa was just what we were looking for - in a beautiful, peaceful location but with Puerto Pollensa in easy reach. We LOVED the pool and eating on the terrace (the villa was really well stocked for cooking at home) and the surrounding country roads were ideal for running. We even had a run to the Old Town of Pollensa so everything is so close! The lovely gardeners came to look after the pool and we also met the owner who was incredibly friendly. We'll definitely be going back!

Tranquil spot outside Pollença

Pablo, Catalina and Geronia are lovely people, and their villa, with its lovely pool and other amenities, was a perfect place to stay. We were very impressed that on finding the washing machine problematic, it was, without request, replaced the next day with a brand-new machine. So to them: Gràcies per una estada encantadora!

Perfect little villa 10/10

We had a great week in Finca Cap Redo. A beautifully quiet location, but just a short drive away from Puerta Pollenca. The facilities were great, everything you could need is there. The pool was superb and the gardens were well kept, we may have had a couple of lemons from the tree to put in our drinks. Pablo is a fantastic host, communication was easy and swiftly answered. I would not hesitate to stay here again. An altogether wonderful experience!

Beautiful villa with mountain views

Loved our stay here. Very peaceful. Best of everything. Mountain views, lovely pool, close to safe, clean beach and close to Pollensa old town and Alcudia - which are both beautiful. Recommend the Pollensa market on Sundays and the Pollensa steps, sunset kayaking, dinner in Alcudia and a trip up into the Mountains (Lluc monastery is a good distance). Villa was beautiful. A very relaxing week. Communication with Pablo was super easy. Pack mosquito spray!!

Idyllic and peaceful rural villa with lovely pool

The villa has a beautiful secluded setting at the end of a quiet lane, with the closest properties at least a field distant, giving total privacy. From the windows & garden there are extensive views of the spectacular nearby mountains, especially breath-taking at sunset when the crickets are singing. The pretty garden has many lovely flowers, as well as lemon, fig, olive and palm trees and vines along the walls. The saline swimming pool is a good size, immaculate (cleaned 3 times during our 10 day stay) & warm, 2m at the deep end, with comfortable sun loungers and parasol. We loved watching our regular avian visitors, the swifts, dipping down to the surface of the water. The outdoor dining area is a joy to use. The house was spic & span, lots of towels provided and with everything we required in the well equipped kitchen. The twin bedded & king size rooms both had efficient air conditioning, very much appreciated! There is a useful outside laundry room with washing machine, airer, iron etc, and an outdoor pool shower (cold) & tap to rinse sandy feet when returning from the beach. Pablo, Catalina and family were welcoming, friendly & accommodating; communication was always responded to swiftly & pleasantly. If you wish to get around the area a hire car is needed due to the rural location, but for us this was a plus. We had an excellent stay, our experience was extremely positive & we'd 100% recommend this villa without hesitation. We'd love to return. Thank you Pablo & family!

Vacances en famille à Majorque

La location correspond très bien à l’annonce, idéalement situé pour visiter le nord de l’île et découvrir de belles criques. La climatisation dans les chambres est la bienvenue 👍 top je recommande la villa.

Piscine au calme

Idéal pour une semaine de vacances au calme avec des enfants qui peuvent profiter de la piscine pendant qu’on prend l’apero en terrasse en laissant la viande cuire sur le barbecue...maison bien équipée et bien placée entre alcudia et pollensa. Maison très propre, les serviettes de toilettes sont changées à mi-séjour environ. La propriétaire est attentive et réceptive aux solliciations éventuelles.La climatisation est vraiment appréciable dans les chambres ! La maison se situe au fond d’une allée et est vraiment très calme, idéal pour se reposer et profiter du soleil de majorque.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Das alleinstehende Haus liegt ruhig und ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Besonders gefallen haben uns das großzügige Außengelände mit viel Platz und der tolle Salzwasserpool. Die Ausstattung ist einfach und sehr charmant, bietet aber alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern waren im Sommer sehr hilfreich. Auch eine recht neue Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Es gibt genügend Handtücher und auch (Koch-)Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden.Der Gastgeber war wirklich sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation verlief jederzeit unkompliziert. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Die perfekte Finca für einen Traumurlaub! Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, von den vielen Küchenutensilien (Wir hatten noch nie ein so gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus wie dieses!) über Wasserspielzeug für die Kinder bis hin zu Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer.Man kann so gut entspannen, wenn die Kinder ihre Runden im großen Pool drehen und man daneben auf der Terrasse Kaffee trinkt oder auf den sehr bequemen Liegen liegt.Die Betten und Matratzen in den Schlafzimmern sind sehr bequem und die Klimaanlagen sind natürlich ein Traum! Wie haben so gut geschlafen! Durch die tolle Lage ist die Finca zwar ruhig gelegen, aber man erreicht die nächste Stadt in kürzester Zeit. Die Lage ist außerdem für Eltern toll, die sich keine Sorgen machen müssen, wenn die Kinder beim Planschen im Pool mal etwas lauter spielen. Es stört ja keinen.Der Eigentümer ist ebenfalls super freundlich und bemüht den Urlaub perfekt zu machen. Er hat sich mehrfach vergewissert, dass alles in bester Ordnung ist und wäre bei Problemen jederzeit ansprechbar gewesen. Aber wie gesagt, es war alles perfekt!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen achttägigen Aufenthalt in dieser charmanten Finka in der Nähe von Pollenca.Die Lage war absolut idyllisch und bot uns maximale Privatsphäre.Der große Pool war ein echtes Highlight, und die Einrichtung war gemütlich sowie mit traditionellen Elementen liebevoll gestaltet.Der Vermieter war äußerst zuvorkommend, stets erreichbar über WhatsApp und hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Zudem war alles Notwendige vorhanden, von der Waschmaschine bis zum Bügelbrett.Die Nähe zum Meer war ein zusätzlich Pluspunkt.Wir hatten einen absolut wundervollen Aufenthalt und haben jede Minute genossen.Als kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag möchten wir anregen, eventuell Moskitonetze über den Betten anzubringen und ein Fliegengitter im Badezimmerfenster zu installieren.Das würde den Aufenthalt in den Abendstunden noch angenehmer machen.Insgesamt war es jedoch ein traumhaftes Erlebnis!Wir kommen wieder!Nicole S.
