Nous espérons vraiment que vous apprécierez notre maison qui accepte les animaux de compagnie, car c'est un rêve devenu réalité. Ce n'est pas un condo mais une maison de ville avec une entrée privée. Vous aurez toute la maison de ville de 1120 pieds carrés avec balcon pour vous. Peut accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes. Notre maison est aménagée sur deux niveaux. La table à manger et le salon confortable avec cheminée et ½ salle de bain sont au rez-de-chaussée. La chambre principale et la deuxième chambre sont situées au dernier étage. Les couchages sont de 2 dans la chambre principale avec un lit king-size et jusqu'à 3 dans la deuxième chambre avec un lit queen-size et des lits jumeaux. Nous avons un canapé-lit queen confortable dans le salon qui peut accueillir 2 personnes. Le barbecue est sur le balcon du salon. Nous louons seulement à 5 personnes maximum.

Nous avons tout inclus pour que votre séjour soit extrêmement confortable. Les touches spéciales incluent:
 -Laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité avec détergent et assouplissant.
- Cafetière Keurig - Cuisine entièrement approvisionnée, comprenant une large gamme d'épices, casseroles, poêles, ustensiles, micro-ondes, savon à vaisselle, sacs poubelles, plaque à crêpes et plus encore.
-Lits confortables - Tous nos matelas sont haut de gamme, vous dormirez donc bien! Nous fournissons également de nombreuses couvertures et oreillers supplémentaires pour votre confort.
-Sèche-cheveux, gel douche, savon pour les mains, lotion et serviettes de bain fournis dans chaque salle de bain.

Nice house, convenient location, comfortable bed

Nice townhome with all the conveniences of home. The bed was very comfortable. Very dog-friendly with some nice trails right near the house for walking. Good hiking trails close by, and also being close to town made this a very convenient location. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Spring Ski Trip

Great location to ski Keystone and Breckenridge and 45 minutes to Vail & Beaver Creek. Close to groceries, restaurants and assorted shopping. Garage was a super plus for us.

This townhome was up on a hill in a housing development just outside of Silverthorne. It was very quiet area, and extremely convenient to access Silverthorne, Dillon, and Frisco. The home was well-equipped and nicely decorated, and was clean and very dog-friendly. We would certainly stay there again!

Salt Lick Rental

Location was great. Close to many ski resorts and great restaurants, bars & brewpubs we enjoy. Space was very nice although I wouldn't pick such light- colored carpet. (Luckily no accidents!) Well stocked - especially linens, cleaning products and kitchen supplies. Could use a few more lids for the cookware. Great to have a garage - a door remote would be nice. Loved having a washer/dryer on site. The grill on deck was also nice.

Great vacation rental in the mountains

We stayed here for an annual ski trip and this property was great for our needs. Well stocked kitchen to cook 3 meals a day, great location to access all the Summit County ski resorts, and pet and kid friendly! Would highly recommend for a small family, or a few friends for a mountain break.

Great!

Everything went well with our visit. Not bringing a pet, I was a bit concerned that a rental that allows pets would have pet hair and/or other residue, but everything in the condo was absolutely spotless! Seriously very clean. We used the site as a base to ski four different resorts during our stay, so the location was great. Check-in and check-out was easy, using a PIN code for the garage and front door provided by the owners. Washer/dryer was good. South-facing deck got sunshine so the snow melted off pretty quickly after I shoveled it. Snow was plowed off the parking lot/common area within ~12 hours. Garage was nice. The owners answered calls/texts quickly. Owners' own Netflix, Prime, and Dish TV were provided. Very nice place; I would stay again.

Great property in perfect location!

We stayed in this condo for three weeks this summer to get a reprieve from the Texas heat. We had a great time! The condo is less than half a mile from a trailhead that opens up to miles and miles of wilderness - took the dogs hiking every day! And it's easily accessible to Dillon, Frisco, the marina, and tons of other hiking and stuff to do in summer. The property was very well equipped and comfortable. Check in and out couldn't have been easier. So much to see and do this time of year and the condo was a great jumping-off point for it!

We just spent three nights in Marie’s condo and enjoyed our family time there. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of closet space for our suitcases and bags. The things I most appreciated were the little extras, plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, soap etc. There was also an assortment of spices, foil and dishwashing detergent. Many times when we have rented condos there was only minimal supplies and we had to buy more before we left. Our thanks to Marie for having those things on hand. She was also very responsive and helpful to any questions.

Fantasticly situated ski retreat...

Location provided everything you needed to have a great trip. Comfortable beds and coaches plus with the garage an easier time to start the car in the morning. No matter what the weather was outside. Dog friendly place which I needed and customer was nice enough to provide things for her to comfortable during the stay.

This is the real deal!

We based our decision to stay at Marie’s condo on other reviews and this condo is the real deal. It is very clean, well-stocked, and a comfortable place to stay. This home was in a perfect location for our hiking trips in the area and as a bonus, there are great social trails right behind the condo that were excellent AM and PM hikes with our two pups. The trails are literally 25 feet from the front door! WiFi service is excellent, was able to upload pics and videos from our hikes very quickly. We had a reserved parking space just a few feet from the front door which made loading and unloading our vehicle very easy. From the master bedroom, you can watch the sunrise over the mountain tops and we had a great breeze throughout the condo with the windows open. Not only would we stay at Marie’s again, would also recommend this home to friends as well. Thank you Marie for making your home available to us!

Condo was very clean. Communication with the owners was easy. Location was convenient to highway and shopping. You can hear the highway at night in the front bedroom with the window opened but you do get used to it after a couple of nights. The pots & pans & bakeware are very old and worn. The temperature in the frig was not even and my vegetables placed in the back of the frig were frozen. These two items can be easily taken care of to merit a 5 star review.

Nice place to stay

Great townhouse in Windernest!

We really enjoyed our stay in Marie's townhouse! It has all the ammenities you need and we really appreciated the fact that it's pet friendly. It's right on the edge of Wildernest, so wide open spaces are right next door to the townhouse. We even saw a couple of moose while taking a walk around the neighboring condos. Marie was very easy to work with and was quick to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Marie's townhouse!

We bought this home as a second home so that my husband would be close to Vail Resorts as he is a ski instructor there. I am the owner of Outabounds Ski and Board in Centennial. I grew up in Littleton and am an avid skier.

You will love this location. Our house is not a condo, but a duplex town home with a private entrance and heated garage. You will love the trails just outside the front door in the National Forest. We bought this home as a second home so that my husband would be close to Vail Resorts as he is a ski instructor there. We are Fifteen to twenty minutes to Arapahoe, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Loveland Ski Areas. Thirty to forty-five minutes to Vail and Beaver Creek. Trail heads for mountain biking and cross country skiing right behind our home.
