Beautiful property which gave our 5 adults plenty of space. Check in was the easiest I've ever had, and communication with the host was excellent. We'll definitely stay again when we are in Silverthorne.

We will be back! The unit had the BEST view, quiet,comfortable, and clean. A trail to walk on with a beautiful babbling River!Close to many restaurants and unique day trips!The Host was very communicative, and as someone who has stayed in many locations, I would rank this at the top of my list! Checked off all of my boxes!

It was an amazing house and each room having a bathroom was really nice. I wish we could have had more parking but we made it work!

Perfect location and great accommodations for our family. Easy walk to North Pond for water activities and beautiful trails to walk. Short drive to several mountain towns. Enjoyed the hot tub and we'll stocked kitchen.

Great location and walk out the door to Blue River trail and North Pond, close to restaurants, groceries, bike rental. Bonus hot tub on patio. Very quiet and plenty of space for 2 couples and grandson. Excellent, immediate communication from host.We will be back!

Everything during this stay was great! The space was very clean with everything we needed in the home. The hot tub was perfect for the relaxing evenings at home under the stars. There was so much to do right outside our front and back doors to the home which was perfect for our family! The walking path with the flowing stream outside was full of cute little chipmunks, squirrels, and beautiful birds. There were also a couple of deer that would visit during dawn and disk everyday we were there! The views from every window were amazing.... absolutely loved sitting at the dining table for breakfast while looking out the picture window to the golden fall leaves, cute little creatures, and the Rocky Mountains in the background! If there's any room for improvement, the only thing that would have made it even better would have been to have some bikes, kayaks, or fishing poles available to use outside.... but really our stay was fabulous and we would definitely want to return for the winter views and activities!

The house was amazing and had everything we needed. We loved the Blue River trail right in the backyard and even got to see a deer up close. The views were amazing and it was a great location just minutes to everything. The host was great and we were very happy with the communication. Highly recommend!!

The location and layout of the house is great! Colorado is having hot days and nights this time of year necessitating AC for some. There is AC, but not one you use at the thermostat to turn on. It's a separate unit upstairs in a closet you have to figure out how to use. All except one night the temperatures dropped to 50. There are big ceiling fans too which work well along with the cold night fresh air. We enjoyed our stay and the host was quickly responsive to concerns.

What a wonderful weekend. The townhome was in the perfect location -quiet and peaceful yet close to town. The views are incredible. We saw 8 moose right outside the back door. The townhome was spotless and had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. We will definitely outlet be back.

The location was ideal. Between the park outside the back door to the trail by the river, there was so much to do in the immediate area without having to load kids up in the car. Silverthorne was uniquely located near several ski areas and quaint shopping. And right in Silverthorne was the Ice Castle, Rainbow Park and the indoor playscape that the kids really enjoyed. We hope to make it an annual trip and would definitely stay in the same place.
