Interior
Designed to blend into the characteristic landscape of the island - an area of outstanding natural beauty- Searenity Villa offers unobstructed views of the sparkling Cretan Sea giving visitors a sense of balance with nature. The design thinking behind the construction of this unique dwelling came from the geographical location and the surroundings, combined with a minimalistic luxury that inspires you to live in the present. Elegance, comfort and functionality is what we wish to offer to the modern traveller and care and attention was paid to every detail in the process of creating this holiday haven. The interior space is furnished with handpicked pieces and creates a homely feeling, while the spacious rooms are filled with natural light and enjoy the stunning vistas. The 310m2 property spreads in 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in its 5 en-suite bedrooms.
Ground Floor

Entering the Villa from the main entrance, your sight goes all the way through the door, the living room and reaches the pool terrace and eventually the sea and sky, giving you the perfect welcome on this holiday oasis. The open plan area on the ground floor is consisted of the living room, a WC and the kitchen. The seating area includes cosy sofas, 75 smart TV, a fireplace and an indoor dining area, while wood is the main feature, both in the furniture and on the floor. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for a self-catered holiday, all built-in and of high quality, as well as a breakfast counter. The first master bedroom is also located on this level, directly in front of the pool so that by opening the door, you can dive into the reflecting pool in just one step. The bedroom features a 1,70 x 2,00 bed, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, 42 smart TV and working surface.
Guest House
Also on the ground level, but having its own private entrance, there is a stone-built guest house, which allows you to enjoy privacy and the tranquility you are looking for. The separate guest house features a 1,60 x 2,00 bed, en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, 42 smart TV and kitchenette, as well as direct access to the terrace.
First Floor

The first floor is home to the remaining 3 bedrooms with private balconies offering unobstructed views of the endless blue of the Cretan Sea, sky and the horizon, as well as the surrounding area.
- Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with 1,70 x 2,00 bed, 42 smart TV and an ethanol fireplace that offers absolute comfort and warmth in the space. This bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom with a hydromasage bathtub and double sinks.
- Bedroom 4: Master bedroom with 1,70 x 2,00 bed, 42 smart TV, spacious walk-in closet, vanity with full body mirror, open closet and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin.
- Bedroom 5: Bedroom with 1,60 x 2,00 bed, 42 smart TV and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin.
All bedrooms have individually controlled A/C and mattress toppers. Bathroom amenities, towels for both the bathroom and the pool, bathrobes and slippers are also provided to all guests.
Exterior
Searenity Villa stands on a private land of 4 acres and its high end outdoor area offers ample opportunity for you to enjoy the complete privacy that your stay in the villa ensures and allows guests of all ages to come together and connect. Feel the magic in your special moments while making the most out of our many facilities, which include:
- A private, 90 sq.m. swimming pool, 0,50 - 1,70 m deep with hydromassage. The pool can also be heated at an additional daily charge upon request for the entire stay. The pool also offers a separate shallow compartment, designed for children (0,60 m deep). The pool area is equipped with sun beds, two day beds, 1 big umbrella and side tables.
- A complete, fully equipped outdoor kitchen which also offers a gas grill, oven and double fridge, covered with a glass wall, allowing you to prepare your meals by the pool. Additionally, the dining and lounging areas under the shade of the pergola, complete with outdoor speakers are perfect for al fresco dining with your loved ones.
- A spacious outdoor sitting area with a fire pit, that allows you to enjoy the area even at night.
- A gym area designed like a calisthenic park, shaded by a pergola and equipped with lighting for day-to-night use, featuring free dumbbell weights, ropes, a boxing bag, a gym bench, resistance bands, and rings.
- Playground for your little ones to enjoy, featuring a swing set and slide.
- A poolside shower, as well an outdoor bathroom are also available for your comfort.
- Vast gardens with lawn covered areas for kids to play, aromatic herbs, olive trees and beautiful plants.
- Parking space for 4 cars inside the Villa premises.

Wine & Cigar Room
The villa has a detached wine and cigar room where guests can enjoy a selection of products for an extra charge, with more details provided by the owner upon arrival.

LOCATIONRegarding the location, I would like to let you know that the Villa is located in the seaside resort of Loutraki overlooking the entrance of Souda bay and next to the well known beach of Marathi while the town of Chania is located only 16 km away and a number of breathtaking beaches a short drive away. Loutraki has an organized beach short walking distance away from the villas with fine sand and crystal clear shallow waters, it is very well organized and provides all the common touristic amenities such as a tavern and beach bar and it is also one of the main beaches which you can choose when the weather is windy as you will never see any waves there.
