Enjoy the sea and the city view from our large balcony which offers an excellent view of the castle and the sunset. The house is located on the coastal road of Rethymnon 10 meters from the sand.

The Modern Seaview Studio is just 10 meters from the sea with the large balcony and the perfect sea view to enjoy your vacation listening to the sound of the waves. Our balcony offers an excellent view of the sunset, the castle and the horizon with the sea

The apartment is 35 sq.m. and is fully equipped with all amenities (air conditioning, TV, kitchen, washing machine, kitchen utensils, iron, towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc.). The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed. We also provide free Wi-Fi.

The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly and full of locals. You can park your car in a free parking lot 200 meters from the apartment in the parking lot of the church of Agios Georgios or in front of the apartment and around the neighborhood on the street is also free

If you need anything, I live on the 4th floor of the building so I'm available 24/7 for anything you need. We also provide free Netflix to watch
