Comfortable apartments in an excellent location.

Excellent value for the standard of apartments provided. Vibrant area of Bristol, very good amenities nearby. Nicole was excellent, very thorough and efficient communication.

Perfect apartment, location and amazing service

The location is great. It's a short walk into the centre and the neighbourhood is friendly and vibrant. The apartment was clean comfortable and well equipped. It's our go to for accommodation when we visit Bristol.

Nicole, the host, was incredibly accommodating and responsive. She worked hard to give us an early check-in and personally met us to let us into the apartment. This was especially welcome after an overnight trans-Atlantic flight. We had one minor problem with the internet not working. Nicole responded and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. The apartment is roomy and well-maintained. It is conveniently located in East Bristol which is a diverse and pleasant community, especially the "Ill Repute" Pub opposite the apartment with friendly landlord Mitch, and good beer. It is very close (5 minute walk) to the major shopping center of Bristol.

Great property for a short family city break. We are happy to walk so walked to city centre and harbour each day, which took about 35 minutes. The street was pretty noisy in the evening though and the original windows did not quieten the outside noise. That was the only negative though.
