Superior 4 bed 3 bath villa with private pool and sea views from the roof terrace. Experience outdoor living in comfort with a grill (with charcoal) and gas stove in the outdoor kitchen! Relax on beautiful and modern garden furniture in or out of the sun on the three sun terraces and around your own 6 m x 6 m pool. Siesta time under the pergola with a large round bed. The house offers a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the first floor and two further bedrooms with family bathroom on the same floor. On the ground floor there is another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and DVD player. The villa is huge and in a great location close to all amenities and town.
If you want to watch certain country specific TV channels, it is possible to rent a TV box for 15,00 EUR per visit - please ask my partner Smartavillas.
Please note that only the final cleaning is included - if you stay longer or want a half-time cleaning, please ask Smartavillas. They will arrange and settle it directly with you.

A welcoming and stylish place to relax with family and friends within just 10 minutes walk into the heart of Tavira's charming center with quaint cobbled streets, restaurants, cafes, bars and cultural events Tavira is a fantastic year-round holiday and working city. It has amazing friendly people with excellent and cheap restaurants and bars. A beautiful beach that rivals any beach. It is an experience not to be missed. The nearest airport is Faro and only 35 minutes drive away. If you want to visit Spain: The border is only 20 minutes away and Seville is less than 2 hours drive. 6 golf courses in the immediate vicinity. Bird watchers and hikers will love the many beautiful and exotic birds including flamingos and storks. Watch the fishermen in the river. There is plenty of fresh fish and seafood here.

My name is Jennifer and I'm from Germany. I've been vacationing in Tavira for more than 30 years and now I've been able to fulfill my dream of buying a villa in this area. Until I can live there I will be renting out the villa and I hope you will have a great time there. Great property for traveling with couples. Very nice neighborhood. Clean and serviceable. May wasn’t quite warm enough to use the pool, but we liked the indoor/outdoor layout and enjoyed the rooftop deck during sunset. Comfortable beds and great closets! Very easy to communicate with the host. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and Peaceful

The house was spacious and so well equipped. The beds were confortable and I loved the metal shutters that allowed fresh air at night. The pool was a little cold but we used it and enjoyed it. Loved our stay!

We had 2 fantastic weeks at Casa Jenny, was such a lovely house, walking distance to Tavira and local Shopping Centre and supermarket, train station easy to walk to and can get you out and about very easily. Good Price from the lovely Norberto's taxis (number left in house to use) from House to water park and back which was also a lovely Day out, pool man was a character and very helpful. Smartavillas fully helpful with anything we needed also. Cannot recommend highly enough, lovely to cook outside by the pool of an evening and enjoy the warm weather. Host Jennifer was also very responsive and helpful. Thank you All for making out summer holiday such a wonderful time making such lovely memories. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Casa Jenny

We had a wonderful stay at Case Jenny. There were 5 adults and 2 children. The weather was very warm so the pool was great. It was easy walk to Tavira center. There were many restaurants and shops. One afternoon we took the ferry to Spain which is very close. The villa was spacious. The kitchen was supplied very nicely. Hope to be back sometime.

The Best

We stayed with our daughter and family and the house worked very well for us all. It was a quiet position it close enough to walk into Tavira and for shopping. We didn’t need a car and used the train for Fuseta beach. The house was very well equipped, agents were very helpful - there were even beach towels! Felt like you could use it as your home.

Excellent property but visit spoiled by traffic noise

Very attractive and well equipped property in an obviously desirable area but our stay was dominated by the constant traffic noise from the main road 2 houses away. The description of the property described it as ‘peaceful’. Coming from a rural area, it was not peaceful for us. Otherwise a 4* property.

Dear Christine, thank you for your feedback. It's a shame that you couldn't really enjoy your stay. The area is peaceful because of the great neighbourhood and good circumstances to live. The street is some more than two houses away and you can hear the traffic, that's true. However, I must also mention that in the last four years since we have owned the house, no one has ever felt so disturbed by the traffic and most tourists come in the summer, when life takes place outside. In this respect, it is always a personal feeling. All the best for you.

Tavira Break

Six girlfriends stayed for one week at the villa which was situated about a 10 minute walk from Tavern town. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area which meant you needed to be quiet in the evenings. We did not hire a car as the town was close but were disappointed to have to navigate a particularly busy road to get to the town which did not have any pedestrian crossing. The villa itself was comfortable and well equipped.

We LOVE Casa Jenny!

Casa Jenny was our (6 adults) 2nd VRBO for our recent trip. The first one was AMAZING so we were worried that our stay in Tavira would fall short in comparison. It did not!! We were all wonderfully pleased with Casa Jenny; it was perfect for our needs while in the Algarve. Great communication in advance of our trip, both with the host and their local agent (be sure to provide requested passport info -- required by law!). We arrived earlier than planned, but the local Property Manager come over straight-away and we were inside within 15 minutes. The property was perfect for our group, with everything as described. We were worried about finding street parking, but most nights, we were able to find 2 spots right in front of the unit. (Other nights, we parked 1 car only 50m away.) We spent lots of time enjoying the pool area. In fact, one complaint from my family is that we didn't spend ENOUGH time there. Casa Jenny is a great base to check out Tavira itself and beyond. We ventured 2 hours east to Seville and 1 hour west to Portimão. We would not hesitate to book/stay here again!
